I booked online as I just needed a place to crash for one night. My bus from Sihanoukville was coming in around 10pm and then I was flying out the next morning. I had no expectations of the property as is generally good when dealing with hostels, but for this one, I was not even allowed through the front. I... More

Has changed its name to Bayor Ankgor guesthouse or something along those lines now (possibly due to so many bad reviews). First of all i would like to state that i have spent over 3 months in southeast Asia and have stayed in some pretty terrible hostels... and this would have to rate on par as my worst hostel. Firstly... More

Had a room with no window when arrived. It smelt very damp and the room itself was quite dirty. Stayed here for a few nights as had pre booked, but would not have stayed if had just turned up on spec! I am a budget traveller so well used to sub standard accommodation but this was not good. Staff friendly... More

Really dirty i Didn't even have a shower despite a long journey by bus, staff dreadful, unfriendly and taking the piss!! £20!!! I wouldn't... More

We was very angry because their worker has very rude manner to customer. We walked in to this hotel and they gave us the room on the 1st floor with window. The room is ok,aircon and hot shower are quite new,but very dark as the light was not working well.Wifi was such at night, always could not connect around 10-11pm,on 15 Apr... This was by far the worst place I have been on my trip. The whole place is ugly and dirty. We didn't even had a toilet seat. The staff is unfriendly and tries to sell you way to expensive tours and bus tickets. Just don't go to this place it's not even cheap at all!!!

First of all they constantly tried to sell me overpriced tuk tuk trips and they took it quite personally when I refused. Moreover, only the light in the bathroom worked, the powerpoints and the main light were broken, which made the fan redundant. All in all the room was shabby and there were cockroaches. When I wanted to ckeck out... More

This was by far our worst Guesthouse experience in South East Asia to date. Upon arrival we were treated rather sourly after refusing to check in for more then one night. Every meal we ate here we were harassed to make tour booking or to use their overpriced tuktuk services and refusal was taken with great offence. We were finally... More

I'm a very experienced travellere and like staying in local accommodation. I'm willing to overlook a lot of things like I'm not bothered by stains and paint chips. I stayed here for 3 nights but would never stay again. I paid for a private room with hot shower. The room wasn't clean when I got there and they asked me... More

I haven't left a review before but I was so shocked by my experience. On arrival we had a polite reception so decided to stay for one night. When we were checking in, the guy tried to pressure us to book and pay for 2 nights and got upset when we just booked one. The corridors were unlit as the... More
