This hotel has many things going for it-- 1. Location is perfect for river front access and major attractions. 2. Beautiful oasis landscaping. 3. 4 internet computers--never a wait. 4. Isolated rooms in the "new section" 5. Charming decor inside the rooms amidst palm trees and ferns This was our last stop in a 9 day excursion throughout Cambodia and... more

It is hard to beat this place for looks. You walk into beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and a great colonial mansion. The room was beautiful. In 6 weeks of travel in SE Asia, this place was my favorite for charm. The breakfast poolside every day was first rate and the food at the restaurant was quite good considering they... more

We stayed her twice on our trip to Cambodia. First two nights on our way to Sihanoukville and than one night on our way back home. The first time we were given a bungalow like room in a seperate building. The room was simple but nice and clean, but there was no hot water in the shower. This was however... more

The bungalows have each a separate electrical water heater as their roofs are too low to have a solar one. We have checked each of them when we saw this review and could not figure out what had happened as it seems all where working when we tested them... Best would be to inform us imediatly when there is a...

This is an oasis in a busy, often overwhelming city. The French colonial architecture, beautiful garden / pool area are charming (picture flowing white curtains and overhead fans) and the rooms are simple but well decorated. Breakfast was simple but quite good. The location is close to all the sites but not right on the river (it's near embassies such... more

My husband and I stayed here for the last 2 nights of a 18 day trip around Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. We picked the hotel for the pool area, and relaxation that it offered. We were however quite disappointed because we had one half a day to relax around the pool after seeing the sights, and when we arrived back... more

I did personaly notice an increase of outside visitors on week end afternoons. In have asked the staff to further limit the number of people accepted. If that this is not enough, I guess the best way will be to dedicate some spaces to staying guests only and see how people react.

We have stayed in a cheapest room (50 USD), which was quite nice, clean. Breakfast was great. The only problem with the room was a lack of privacy because the room windows were looking at the hotel lobby. Otherwise very nice hotel. more

The Pavillion is a little oasis of calm and tranquility in Phnom Penh. You step in from the roadside into the lovely garden/pool and feel a world away from the city. We opted for a room with private jacuzzi which was lovely and would definately recommend. Service was excellent and drinks and food from the pool bar/restaurant was very tasty.... more

We stayed for 5 days in a private pool room which was certainly value for money. The main pool area and gardens with day beds make it a very relaxing place. Reception staff particularly Michele and Grace were very helpful. Breakfast was included and was a simple continental one with bread, jam, juice and tea and coffee. The was a mini... more

This 20-room facility located 100m from the Royal Palace was a great gem and perfect location. The architecture is an original combination of Khmer and French colonial styles and I am glad the owner restored this property instead of having it being destroyed for new development. I only had breakfast here but what was offered was tasty, plentiful and served... more
