This is a gem of a hotel - it is centrally located (just a short walk from the Royal Palace and riverside), and from the moment you enter you are met with an oasis of calm and tranquillity. The rooms are very clean and airy, and guests are treated to a free Khmer massage during their stay. I have stayed... More

Perfect location near the Royal Palace, Pavilion oozes charm and history. It's small and unpretentious, updated without losing an ounce of ambiance. Staff are attentive without being cloying. They do not greet you with scented towels but are happy to provide whatever you need. We did not pay for a room with private plunge pool. Rather, we thoroughly enjoyed the... More

In a good location not far from the waterfront and the Royal Palace. Unassuming frontage but once inside the grounds and pool are excellent with great places to relax, a good pool and lots of natural shade. The main building has colonial character and our room was excellent, great size, clean and with all the facilities we needed plus a... More

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. So much character, beautifully lush and green. Extremely quiet, allowing for rest and relaxation. Delicious breakfast, good lunch and dinner offerings. The rooms are all different and all have little things that make each unique and wonderful. Definitely worth staying here if you appreciate the finer things in life!

Truly an oasis to walk into. Perfect location, lovely decor, polite helpful service.. This place has it all. Also great shower and the most comfortable bed of our Cambodian holiday( a tad softer than the firm standard ).

We stayed at the Pavilion as our first stay in Cambodia and loved it. After a long flight, it was amazing to be picked up in a vintage Jaguar, with cold towels and water to freshen up. The hotel itself is so peaceful and relaxing. It feels like a real treat to be by a beautiful pool, surrounded by tropical... More

A wonderful stay! The hotel is an old colonial house, which I thought was charming. Included in the price of the hotel was breakfast (anything from the menu!) and a massage. This is a relaxing hotel in a busy city! The staff arranged a car to take my husband and me to the Killing Fields, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, and... More

My honeymoon was everything I hoped it would be because of the Pavilion hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff whisked away our travel woes and welcomed us with fresh lime juice, cool towels, and a rice sweet. Check in was easy and refreshing. My new husband and I had booked the private pool room. The only complaint I... More

You could drive right past this and miss it. the location couldn't be more ideal - good shopping, good restaurants, near the water and by the palace. You pull up to the door and you walk through to enter an oasis! I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - the staff goes above and beyond to make... More

Dear Guest, many thanks for reviewing us! Indeed, due to our commitment to preserve the original layout and style of this historical villa, rooms are minimalist and differ from each other in terms of size and bathroom set up. Some rooms have a small shower and all of them repaired and well painted. – The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and... More

Very beautiful hotel in a great part of town. Close to many good restaurants. Always Tuk-tuks waiting to take you any were you want at a reasonable price. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and can arrange a tour to many of the sites.
