The hotel 3rd floor is still under renovation, and it was noisy from 8am to 5 pm. I stayed 4th floor and can easily heard the noise. I booked a Superior room and I was told the room without window. Make sure you clarify before booking. Positive : --Friendly Staffs, Comfortable bed (Renovated room), air-con work well. Good location. Negative... More

I wouldn't recommend staying at that place because there are better quality places to stay at in Phnom Penh with similar rate. The goods: - Customer service is very good: front desk staffs are friendly and genuinely helpful. - 24 hour reception - Good locations: close to Central, Sorya and O'Reisey markets - Breakfast is provided - Free wifi The... My room was not very good. The staff is very good. The extra things in regards to service are very good. Maid service is very good. The hotel is under renovation so it is very noisy and dusty. I should have been offered some free nights since I stayed 18 nights under those conditions. Hotel was not occupied during my... More

I stayed at the Mito hotel (previously Mittapheap hotel) for a week and was very impressed by the guest services. First, I was given a free upgrade to a larger and recently renovated room. the room was well furnished with large and comfortable bed, large TV, fridge, coffee and tea facilities, large bathroom and large space for clothes. No complaints.... More

This is the place our group stays each time we are in Phnom Penh. The staff is so nice and very attentive. It is a pleasure to stay at the Mito. They have always been very accommodating for our group and ensure our stay is pleasant. I look forward to seeing the rest of the remodeling that they have been... More

since you could very easy to tell the buildings was being refix and re-arrange, something would looks very old and dirty. I experienced with some kind of bad service since I told the customer service that I did not feel any function of the air-con...but they are still doing nothing after telling them, please think twice before you check in,... Lovely hotel, centrally located, friendly staff. Recently renovated (2015) with beautiful rooms of generous size. Nice cafe downstairs. Breakfast is very basic but the best dish is not on display and has to be asked for: noodles in soup! Good stay

Well maintained from promising staff members to free breakfast buffets & wifi, AC, daily room cleaning, a spacious lobby to hang out in, clean bedrooms, & more for guests satisfaction. All staff members here professionally anticipated my needs in very polite manners. Mcafe nearby the lobby offered wide variety of food and beverages. Fine wine and breakfast was carefully delivered... More

I had such a great stay at Mito Hotel. The rooms were really nice, clean and comfortable! The staff was also really great and always very kind! They really listened to me when I asked for help with the buses, or any other service. The breakfast had a good variety, and I enjoyed being at the hotel. I hope to... More

This hotel in Phnom Penh is hands down the BEST hotel I've stayed at in Phnom Penh. I've stayed at a few hotels since 2011 such as Juliana, Salita, Asia Tune, Royal Mekong Botique Hotel and I've always left dissatisfied. Mostly, it was the service or lack of and horrendous wi-fi connection. It was never stable. As a foreign traveler... More
