We arrived around midday after a very bumpy 5hr road trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Pen. Unwelcome greeting, they didn't make eye contact or day hello to us, or offer a drink/water, difficulty and time consuming check in. After a long period of time we were shown to our room. Flopped down into the concrete hard bed.. Argh! After... More

This hotel has 400+ rooms and a central swimming pool on the 1st floor flanked by all four wings of the hotel. There are a few loungers around. Our room was spacious though the bed as hard as the wooden floor! Good amenities are provided. Even though the hotel is non smoking there is a strong smell of smoke. Our... More

Simply one of the best hotels in the city! They have everything you need. From the spare razor to good buffet breakfast... But telling the truth I always stayed only there :) So I cannot compare to any other... But... Should I?

Very friendly staff, as expected, greet you at reception. No fuss checking in and quickly to the room. Comfortable enough but the bed was like granite, a bit hard for us soft westerners. Ate in the hotel on the first evening. We wouldn't have been able to do the all you can eat buffet justice (mostly of Asian dishes as... More

Huge Hotel with spacious and clean rooms, staff very friendly, free gym, swimming pool and sauna, the breakfast buffet is various and you can choose between the typical french/american breakfast (coffe, tea, croissant, bacon....) or the Asian breakfast (noodle, rice ....) not very far from the riverside.

Huge hotel/conference centre, complete with very expensive jewellery store and bakery in lobby. Rooms ok, but walk out into corridors and gasping from smoke. Lounges in lobby also smoke filled. Nice large pool on 1st floor, but surrounds very very slippery for wet feet. Found Reception/Cashier/Dining Room staff far from pleasant. Not very welcoming for tourists.

Spacious rooms but that's all! Very impersonal hotel, with staff that it is not like other places in Cambodia. Rooms are very outdated with old equipment. WiFi is practically not working. The food (breakfast) is bad, tasteless and they probably serve previous day's food (that was the case with the mushy noodles I think). I also found 2 cockroaches in... More
