Beds are a little hard, but rooms are clean, have toiletries etc. They have a pool here as well. They have an average breakfast buffet spread, give the noodle section a try! It's pretty good. Staff have a good grasp on English language here. Check out the spa if you have time, good pricing and the masseuse are quite good... More

An impressive exterior and good reception staff. The rooms are of reasonable size with rather dated but satisfactory bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is adequate but not outstanding. Wi Fi was very slow. Overall an average and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

I left my valuables in the safe during my entire stay and all my valuables were accounted for when I packed my bags. On the day of departure, I left my luggage with some money in it, with the hotel as we were not leaving till night. I realized that I had most of my cash stolen when I got... More

We are currently visiting Cambodia for 10 days. This is the hotel we booked for a couple of nights. We have arrived one night earlier than he group. We had a room on the 1st floor. It smelled of smoke when the ac came on but I thought it would disappear. Alas not. The bed and pillows smelled of cigarettes.... More

The hotel is nice and has good service. Rooms are nice and pool area is big and pretty. What I liked the most was the spa :) massages were great. Food at restaurant was a bit too international, I was expecting something more Cambodian. Good quality for a good price.

It is a 4 stars hotel. The room was clean and equipped standard facilities. Free wifi in room and many international tv programs are provided. Breakfast buffet line at the lobby is more than enough. Try local menu such as fish congee. Spa and massage service are recommended.

With levels of hotels there is a expected level of service and attention to the customer, usually that is why one is willing to pay more. The hotel it self is very clean, not a bad location, modern etc, but when it came to other items...need to step it up. I was originally at the Sunway Hotel but unfortunately that... More

The hotel offers all services, you can exspect (swimming pool, bar, restaurants, wellness area) It is situated near a busy boulevard, and you need only 3 minutes with the Tuk-Tuk to the riverside. The rooms are clean, the technical standard is high; the staff speaks english and is cooperative.

This is a large hotel that may have been nice in the old days. Overall, it is rather tired and can use a spruce-up. Not much character but clean (except the walls). I would definitely not recommend eating here. We had the dinner buffet and everything was cold and overcooked. The location is also rather out of the way from... More
