Lobby and reception very lavish for Cambodia. Room well appointed. Quiet inside but the street out front is very busy. The hotel sits back from the road so you don't hear the street noise or traffic BUT don't expect to be able to cross the street!

Stayed for 2 nights. The arrival experience was impressive with the huge lobby. The corridor leading to the rooms had a damp smell. The bedroom was spacious, but the writing desk and other furniture were old, and in need of replacement. The bathroom too was in need of an upgrade. The showers had low water pressure and the toilet had... More

Overall a good all round hotel, although there was always the smell of fried food around the restaurant and lobby area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate but the best bit were the baguettes, coffee and cakes in the lobby coffee shop. The swimming pool and sunbeds were great and the bar staff exceptionally friendly.... This hotel was not the one I will stay for long for his cleanes conditions. The break fast was only okay, and I saw screeches in time my omlet was doing. The romm was okay but not so clean. I have stayed only one night at this hotel, and I"m not going to recommend it to my best friends.

Stayed here 2nd - 5th March. Spacious rooms. Bit dated but fairly cleanish with heavy curtains making the room a bit lacking in natural light. Dirty windows and stained mattress cover (a pet hate of mine) and ants in the bathroom. Male receptionists were helpful. Female receptionist quite ignorant and walks away while you are talking to her. Restaurant staff... More

Spent 3 nights here in January as part of a 18 day holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam, this hotel was a disappointment compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our holiday. The rooms were large and clean, the swimming pool bar is a waste of time having. Drinks don't come from here when you order, you have to... More

Came here for a short business trip. Like mentioned in other reviews, corridors are kind of smelly, rooms need a refresh and beds are too hard for my taste. Still after a long flight I was positive that I will get at least a great relaxing massage in the luxurious hotel spa. And knowing that massages are very often offered... More

Phnom Penh Hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia….November 16 to November 20, 2013 we decided NOT to fly to Phnom Penh the Capital of Cambodia from Siem Reap ( Angkor Wat ), we wanted to see the country side, therefore we hired a car with a driver & english speaking guide. This is a 6 hour trip from Siem Reap. Our... More

I should have listened to Trip Advisor reviews and booked elsewhere. However, I was completely disappointed when I entered the hotel premises. There is a strange kind of smell in hotel corrdiors which was totally 3rd class. I had booked Club Excellence room and one of benefit was " Complimentary pressing of Business Suit upon arrival" When i asked the... More

This was the most disappointing of all the hotels we stayed at during our 19 days in Cambodia and Vietnam. It looked good from the outside but the room, whilst ok, had some very irritating features. The 'techno' shower was too clever for it's own good and the bed had a tendency to move away from the headboard leaving plenty... More
