The staff are friendly, good food and a great happy hour experience. Good menu, great ice creams. Great location. This place is popular with foreigners and gets quite busy during lunch time. Seating is limited so get in quick!

We had booked their package "Discover Phnom Penh City - Deluxe Room" which included pick-up, some meals plus trips and museum visits. It also stated clearly what was not including in the package price. Unfortunately our experience finally was quite disappointing. It started already when we arrived. Even our arrival was announced, we had to give an extra call before... More

Very very nice facility and service was world class, but so far I have found in Cambodia you can get a 5 Star experience at 3 star prices. So, this place is good, but maybe not the best value in town. No problems though. Lovely staff. Fine location. No problems.

The place is like almost frozen in time , and you can almost feel how it must have been in the old times. Relaxed atmosphere, good drinks and food. Service could be a bit better. Expect to relax . A lot of western people . 2 terraces , pool table and nice view from the top of the busy streets... More

Having wanted to stay at the iconic FCC on the riverside in Phnom Penh for a long time, we booked a deluxe room with a riverside view to find ourselves having to crane our necks on the balcony looking over a side street to catch a river 'glimpse'. The room smelt like an airport smoking room including towels and sheets... More

We decided on a bit of luxury for our visit to PP. We had a 2 bed apartment which was so nice after being away from home for so long. To have a lounge with a leather sofa and a big screen tv was really luxurious for us. The food next door in the FCC Club was fab but pricey... More

Firstly, I find it deeply disturbing that so many tripadvisor reviewers cannot tell the difference between submitting a restaurant review and an hotel review. Some of them can't even spell the name of the city! Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. The FCC accommodation rates far lower than it should because of this. If you are staying at the FCC... More

Between meals in Phnom Pen We had enjoyed a late breakfast and as it was approaching 4pm a cold drink and snack was high on the agenda to see us through to dinner. This was when we discovered the delights of FCC. One good if not full strength happy hour cocktail and tasty bar snack turned into another and another... More

Love the location and ambience. Enjoyed our 3 rounds of drinks but would question the amount of alcohol therein! Shame with 3 drink rounds only 1 round of peanuts. Surely FCC cannot run out of peanuts as we were told? Not so happy hour!

It was hot and humid, no air con however the service was pretty good, and somehow we manage to get a free drink as it was happy hour. The local beer was beautiful, so all in all we would highly recommend it.
