We stayed at "Palace View" room, an annex. Nice view from the room, and it was a perfect place to be in Phnom Penh for new year's eve. We enjoyed seeing fire works from the roof terrace. Stayed here for three night during July 2011. Room was good but waaay over priced. Staff were no where to be seen. We went here for dinner and it was great food with an extensive menu- loads of choice. Excellent view over the water and indoor/outdoor feel. A nice stop in Phnom Penh. We also stopped for lunch in the cafe downstairs which is also owned by them, and that was good too with free wi-fi and good coffee! More
