Lovey little hotel in Phnom Penh. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi were lovely, nice cocktails too ;) room was a bit small but for the price we got perfect. I would recommend it for short visits.

I think this qualifies more as a budget hotel than a boutique hotel. For the price, you get a clean, spacious room, with all the necessary amenities. Cable TV has a large selection of channels, and there is free wifi. Breakfast has a limited selection, but has a good noodles section. Considered a good breakfast selection considering this is more... More

My wife and I stayed at Queen Boutique Hotel from June 11th-13th and also from the 15th-17th. We found the rooms to be clean and accommodating as expected. However, we were not anticipating the extremely low level of management and security that we experienced during our stay. One night the electricity went out 4 times in the span of 20... More

A fairly new hotel , the style is superb , the rooms are clean with true boutique style design and features . The location is away from the main area but so easy to go by tuk-tuk . The staff are well presented and very polit and helpful with good english .

We were quite pleased with our recent stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel. It's slightly off the beaten path, but still a short tuk-tuk ride to any of the local attractions. The front desk staff, while speaking only a bare minimum of English, were nevertheless very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice sized, and very clean and comfortable, with... More

Unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel I had a bad viral infection and they were fantastic. The staff took me to my room, took my passport off me which I didn't even remember but made every effort to look after me. In a lessor hotel they could have taken advantage but they were very professional. They arranged a clinic... More

Let me start with the reason that I didn't rate "service" is because the hotel ran with a really minimal staff because of the National Holiday at the time we stayed here, where most of non-native population of the large cities return home. For this reason, I didn't want to evaluate a non-typical experience. The hotel was quite nice, though... More

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. First impression of Phnom Penh was a bit scary as we were already a bit concerned whether the hotel will be safe and clean. When tuk-tuk turned in front of the hotel we were relieved because it seemed really nice. Service was good, however some employees did not speak English that well.... More
