Stopped here the first morning in Phnom Penh and ate breakfast. The people were very nice and I decided to order breakfast. The food was pretty good and the service was great. I did not stay here, so I can not say how the GH was, but the food was very good and cheap, and the staff was very friendly.

I can't see what the fuss is about. The bar was filled with old expats not backpackers as I was hoping. My room was about 5 meters from the speaker which blares poor music till 3 am! The staff are friendly though and the location is good. My room is grotty to say the least.
