Good location, nice lobby are only good things I can tell about this hotel. Worn-out towels, used tea-cup left unclean till the end of my stay, old facilities and unstable internet connection. Order lunch in the restaurant and wait for 20 minutes to be informed that ingredients were not in place, then waited for another 40 minutes till food were... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times (more than 10) over the past several years. My original review gave it 3 stars. I've reduced it to 2 because it has definitely gone downhill. While I love the staff here and the room is just adequate, the rest is no longer acceptable. Front desk gals are pleasant but not very helpful.... More

Traditional khmer place. great location, breakfast was nothing special and not a big choice but maybe cause they were not so busy... would stay there again, because of the convenient location close to Wat Lanka area. Didn't go to the pool but have heard its nice.

Stayed here for 1 night as I was doing a charity cycle challenge. This hotel is very basic so if your not bothered about luxury then this is ok for you. The room has what you need but in ours the bath was really dirty. There is free wifi which works well. The breakfast was really disgusting. There was cornflakes... More

I stayed here for ten days while in Phnom Penh. It is conveniently located, on a quiet street near a big supermarket, food stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed the pool which gave us a place to cool off after a hot dusty day! The rooms were pretty basic, but large, and had an adequate bathroom. Mine had some cracked... More

The location is great. The staff are incredibly friendly. The cost for an increasingly popular destination is reasonable. The rooms are a comfortsble size and the bathroom more than adequate. And - it is great to have a swimming pool at hand after a hot, dusty day in Phnom Penh. I would have rated it with a 4 if there... More

The Goldiana Hotel has historically provided many NGO's with comfortable, clean accommodation and good service. But it appears time is catching up with this once grand old lady. With the passing of the owner, there was a massive change in staff and the standard appears to have dropped and money is not being spent on general maintenance and upkeep pending... More

Staid several times in Goldiana between 2007 and 2009, and again in December 2013. Then already dated, now a bit over-mature. But still a preferred option for me. Had a nice, large room on the first floor (101 I think). Room, bath room and beds clean fresh sheets w/o stains. Internet through good WiFi and cable (I prefer the latter:... More

Stayed about 3 nights. It was an old hotel, but it was adequate. Service was good from front desk; seems to speak fair English. Located close to restaurants and busy street. Room was OK as it is old. Bathroom was also old, but functional. Air conditioning worked to keep room fairly cool. Internet was tricky and not reliable. Breakfast was... More

Stayed for a week on a business trip. Room was clean and quiet. Internet was ok but sometimes a little slow. Breakfast is simple but ok, with a cook to make eggs to order. Didn't get chance to use the swimming pool but it looked ok and clean. No problems as mentioned by other reviewers.
