Firstly keep in mind that it's a budget hotel. For the price we pay, the rooms are quite good. They have AC rooms, centralized AC. They have 24 hour free Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They have a mini fridge, coffee, hot water flask, 500ml mineral water bottles, clean towels and toiletries. The bathroom is also clean... More

Every year, I will go to Phnom Penh for charity since 2013. I've been staying here since 2014. And staying here again, this here. It is and old building but with a very good condition. Very clean, and reasonable price with good location. Near by the tourist attraction, river, Killing Fields, Toul Sleng S21, Central Market, Night Market, etc. Tuk... More

The Pacific is an older hotel but well constructed, well maintained, and well located: walking distance to Central Market and Soyra department store. A $2 U.S. tuk tuk ride will get you to riverside and dozens of restaurants as well as to Street 51 (the nightlife area) which is even closer.. The rooms are big and include a full bath,... More

For anyone who enjoys going it alone, the Pacific Hotel is a nice place to stay in Phnom Penh ... at a price which is right! Well appointed and clean rooms at about $30 per night ... full breakfast buffet included. The Staff is sufficently fluent in English as to not struggle to provide excellent service. The hotel is centrally... More

We just had a one night stop here on the way through from Vietnam to Mondulkiri, and I'm glad it wasn't any longer! Looked promising as we arrived with a friendly doorman and helpful reception staff. Our room was ok, the blind didn't work and was shut down (although the view out the window wasn't worth seeing anyway so perhaps... More

I think it is overpriced for such an old hotel, with an ok but not perfect location. You can find better places with that price. Location - ok, but not ideal. 15 mins ride to riverside and other touristic places. mall within 5 mins walking and central market 10 mins walking.. Rooms very small and old. Beds not clean and... One night here as a stopover on a bus trip from Saigon to Siem Reap. The room we were allotted was adequate considering we just needed somewhere to hang our heads, tuck in to breakfast the next morning and go. For $45aus for a double room was simply amazing. Staff at reception were pleasant enough, beds were comfortable. If anything... More

We like the location a lot. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Central Market and the Sorya Mall. It is within 15 minutes car ride to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, the National Museum and the riverside walk. It is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. But the facilities are showing their age. The free wifi signal is... More

We stayed here for 2 nights & not impressed at all. Rooms old, shabby & basic. They are clean though. About 2kms walk to the riverside so location is sort of ok but expensive for where it is & what you get. We won't stay here again & would recommend you shop around or only pay $20 max (double room)... More

It was a bad experience for me and my friend on this hotel as our money got stolen. We lodge a complaint and the hotel manager Mr Assari let us view the Cctv and we all saw the housekeeping lady went into our room once we left the room for breakfast at the restaurant at the lobby. Within 1 minutes... More
