I have stayed many times at the Bougainvillier. I like its excellent location, the spacious rooms and large bathrooms. I always feel that it is worth paying a bit more to have a suite with a balcony overlooking the animated quay. The Junior Suites seem to be more modern and have the most daylight. There is no lift and not... More

I have now stayed in this hotel on 4 different occasions. The next time I return to PP then I will stay again. Food & drink maybe a bit pricey but just such a choice of restaurants & bars within easy walking distance that just does not matter. The suites are just magnificent & I think hard to beat anywhere.... More

The hotel is ideally located on Sisowath Quay directly on Mekong River with many restaurants and shops near by. I had very beautiful view from my window/balcony. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and National Museum. The room was huge, and very well appointed, the bed very comfortable. with TV in the sleeping area,... More

My husband and I stayed at the Bougainvillier for a few days in January, and were in room 105C. The room was comfortable, clean, and I loved the view of the riverside from the balcony. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and are willing to bend over backwards to help you. When we were checking out at the end of... More

I did write a review on this hotel but for some reason it hasn't been published. So I,ll have another go. We loved everything about the hotel. The room was overlooked the river was perfect and great for people watching. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Something for everyone to choose. The egg boy was very polite.... We have stayed at the Bougainvillier Hotel twice in Phnom Penh and have been very satisfied both times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The riverside rooms have lovely views of the river as well as the excitement of nighttime Phnom Pehn. Lots of good restaurants up and down the block and an easy walk to city attractions (although taking... More

I love the view from the top floor. The pizza is quite good but it is not the food you come for. You do have to walk up about 7 floors and I can't understand how anybody can build a Restaurant on floor 7 without a lift? You will be hungry by the time you get there.

Dear guest. Thank you so much for your review. I would like to have 7 floors but I have only four. And for this building size they don t build elevators in Cambodia. With seven floors they would. Sorry for that. Bernard Matter Owner (of the business not the building) More

3rd time staying as a guest at this Hotel and no changes take place, its already bad enough that there are no lifts and refuse to stay above 2nd flor as if you go beyond that its a few steps up and down. The rooms are big but run down with old fashioned furniture and toilet. I was charged $100... More

Thank you Sir but probably you mistake hotel.probably or you are a competitor and jealous about our hotel. Just for information we have 48 items for our breakfast and everyday about 60 customers for breakfast. Our staff are happy to work at Bougainvillier because they learn a lot and salary above other hotels. It is PITTY TO COME THREE TIMEES... More

Excellent position on the riverfront in Phnom Penh. Nice traditional décor for the reception and dining room. Our room at the back was very good and a decent size, very clean and the bathroom nice and modern. Breakfast was in the dining room which was on the ground floor facing the street and the riverfront. Good choice of buffet breakfast.... More

Large, large room overlooking the quay and river. Conveniently located , good breakfast, friendly staff. Beware however, the elevator is not working and there is a sign which reads"Elevator Under Construction" but there is no evidence of any work being done. It's a hike to the rooftop bar where small glasses of beer are served at high prices fitting the... More

Thank you so much Sir for your review. Just for information our draft beer is sold $1.50 for 33cl per glass included tax and service and for happy hour you have two for this price. It is sold nearly everywhere the same price. Except four or five star hotels where it is more expensive. You can find it a little... More
