Since our last stay 2 and half years ago the room have been renovated and are very pleasant. The bath room and shower is Hugh with a massive shower head. The beds are soft and the pool is a reel oasis after a long day. Staff are so nice and pleasing. Food from the restaurant is very nice and the... More

I stayed at Billabong for 3 nights in total, 2 nights in the female share room with two other girls, and 1 night in a private room. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, as the premises and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. In addition, the reception and restaurant staff were very approachable and always tried to meet... The hotel is only few blocks away from the Central Market. Walking to river strand take 15 minutes. Outside the hotel are always tuk-tuks for longer trips. The hotel's patio and pool area are very nice and good place for relaxing after hard city day. The small restaurant and bar offer lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffee was very good and... More

My friend and I stayed here as 2 20-something girls to treat ourselves at the end of a trip Phnom Penh - beaches - Siem Reap - Phnom Penh. We paid 55USD for a "triple room" (a double and a single) booked the day before. Ours was poolside. The hotel was really clean, the shower was a God-send, and the... More

I stayed at the Billabong for 3 nights. It's a ok hotel : nice salty pool, clean rooms, friedly staff. If that hotel was situated in a nice part of Phomn Penh, maybe it would be a great hotel but it's not. In fact, it's more or less scary when you get out of there. Not a good neiborhood. And... More

We only slept here one night but it was a surprising good choice. the swimming pool was much larger than at the usual boutique hotels, and the breakfast buffet was decent as well. Although the street to enter didn't make a good impression, once inside it all came together in a nice and even cosy atmosphere. The staff was good... More

Stayed at the Billabong for only one night , room was clean tidy & had all we needed . Staff were friendly and helpful, even with our 4am departure time . The hotel is in a great location , short Tuk Tuk drive down o the river front to the bars ( Foreign Correspondent Club ) . Great for the... More

We stayed here for four nights in January because we needed a break away from the craziness of Bangkok. It was just what we needed. Room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool.Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had an overhead fan in room which we loved as we hate air-con. Air con worked well though for those... More

Good location, not to far away from the river to be an effort, but not too close to pay higher prices. Didn't try many local restaurants, but if you know where to look you could probably find some. Great pool, had a nice view from our ground floor poolside room. Adequete breakfast, not the best buffet I've had on my... More

I have just checked out of the Billabong hotel after a very pleasant 4 night stay. As mentioned by the other reviewers the pool is great, rooms clean, location convenient and breakfast adequate. The real stand out for me was the friendly and professional staff especially Gaga at reception who was extremely helpful in booking buses and checking our accomodation... More
