Hotel looked great on arrival, staff very friendly and open to accommodating us. However upon arrival in our room, it was clear there was a sewage issue in the bathroom. It stank beyond belief. When complaining about this they did offer to change, but the room overlooked the main road which we enjoyed- despite having to tip toe to look... More

My partner and I stayed here on our trip to Phnom Penh in October 2014. Room was fine, decent size and clean. Air con and shower both worked well. Good location was in walking distance to Royal Palace. Food and coffee were both good from the restaurant. Breakfast had decent selection - including Scottish style Pancakes yum! Staff were friendly.... More

Great budget hotel. Food was good. Best thing was the friendly staff. They were really helpful. They helped me to find cheap transportation around Phnom Penh and instructed on how to deal with tuk tuk drivers.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a G Adventures tour. Although it was reasonably basic it was clean, centrally located, had free wi fi and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, with an egg station and a pleasant outside seating area. I am sure there are better hotels in Phnom Penh but for our purposes this... More

Stayed two nights here as part of a nine-day, three-country group tour. Room 111 was spacious although dated. It included a mini-refrigerator, which was nice to have to cool down water bottles. The air conditioner also worked fine. The window looked out to the building across the street, so I did not feel comfortable keeping the curtains open, which would... More

November 2014 Rooms 309 and room 105 If you want a good location, close to markets, and stores then this is a good hotel for you, it is also close to the National Museum and walking distance to the royal palace. • Bar staff is nice and very friendly • The market down the street has many things you can... Do not stay here!! Currently staying at this hotel (room 305) and having travelled through 4 different Indochina countries in the last 4 weeks, I can definitely say this is the worst! List of problems so far.. -Toilet was broken - I had to fix this - Room smells of sewage - No hot water - No shower curtain so... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of organised tour. Room functional but basic. Breakfast not very exciting and limited Western choices. Staff ok. Located in quite a busy area- night market rather smelly! Hotel generally clean. Draught beer for 1 dollar a glass ☺️

You're paying for a fantastic location here. everything else was OK but not amazing. We found it difficult getting the water any hotter than warm in the shower and our inroom safe didn't work. There are signs recommending use of the reception safe (which we did) but perhaps the room safes should be removed. Our biggest issue was hygiene. It... More

Asked for a room with good wifi, got no wifi, room was so full of smokers air, it was hard to sleep. No character (empty white walls), the bed was like sleeping in the sand (i.e. it shapes around your body). Breakfast was ok, won't be back.
