On first appearance, the hotel looks pretty good. It is when you get to the details that it suffers. The place is dirty. Look in the corners and at the edges. Look at the table top in the restaurant, where you will see the hand prints of the guests from yesterday and rings left by the sweaty glasses. The bathroom... More

We stayed several nights at this hotel and it was for the most part satisfactory. The room was clean and reasonably sized, with TV and AC, and the bathroom was downright spacious. Free breakfasts were tasty (but get some conventional hot sauce for your condiment rack!). The location was quite central and convenient. The biggest downside was simply that the... More

We visited the restaurant, outside at street level, ordered Coq ou vin from the menu, adviced by the staff, and got the food after a short while. On the plate we found a dark brown overcooked, rather undescribeingly mass of meat, bones etc covered with large amount of salt and different other kind of spices. We started to eat, but... More

I stayed here twice, both in a 'standard' room and in a deluxe room. Both rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and modern, with functioning air-con, filtered showers and English-speaking tv channels. It is also in a really good position, the free breakfast is great and so is the restaurant food! However what I loved most, and what I really appreciate... More

Stayed here twice, first for a week then the second time around just for a night before heading to Vietnam. The staff are fantastic, particularly the guys in reception and the two girls who work behind the bar in the evenings, along with the guy at the door. The rooms are pretty good and the prices were good, especially for... More

I continue to be loyal to this hotel because of it's friendly accommodating staff, location and new clean modern rooms. I have slept in the cheapest and most expensive. All were very nice with fully functioning bathrooms and AC's. Refrigerators and TV's work great. There is a fully service bar in the lobby with free internet. The free buffet breakfast... More

This hotel has the worst service so far and people in the reseption was not very helpful. The rooms are big, not very clean and smell like sewage. The one plus is the buffée breakfast, which was really good! To expensice compared to the other hotel around!

This hotel is just a couple of blocks from the riverside and easy walking distance to the palace. Check in was smooth and professional. The room is clean, en suite and adequate for the purpose. TV, a/c, fridge and safe. There's free daily water and a deadlock on the door for night time. The staff are friendly and helpful and... More

This hotel is surprisingly quiet considering how busy the location is. Breakfasts were good. Great coffee. Had room on second floor so I used stairs all the time says the elevator was a bit slow. Room overlooked the street but remarkably no noise at night. Had a very nice little bar in lobby with inside and outside seating.
