Beside Royal Palace, the hotel is near National Museum and river. It didn't have elevator when I stayed so I had to walk to 4th floor and take my luggage by myself. Anyway, I didn't spend too much time in the room so can't say anything except that aircon was working properly. If you find some time go to the balcony and have a nice view of Royal Palace.

The room was about $18 a night, and the location is great. The room is worn and tired. Nothing particularly wrong, just needs updating. When I went to checkout they tried to charge a fee for laundry, but I never used their laundry services. The guy behind me in line had the same problem, so it might be a scam that they try on many. Overall an ok experience, but definitely not a romantic or luxurious place.

Ecxellent location close to the river and royal palace. Big rooms and good shower, air conditioning in the room. But the linen was very dirty. Be aware and check it when moving in. In general rooms are not very clean.

I booked this hotel mainly because another reviewer had said that the beds were comfortable; so often in Asia they are as hard as the floor !! I was pleased to discover that the bed was in fact firm but comfortable. I had a room at the back of the hotel so there was no view but it had the advantage of being quiet. The rooms are clean and have everything that you need for a short break i.e. AC, fridge, warm shower and a TV ! The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were OK.

I ended up staying here for the 2 nights I was in Phnom Penh. The check in and check out process was fast. The bed was comfortable, not like plywood similar to other places I've stayed at. The only downside was being on the 3rd floor (in reality it's the 5th) without having an elevator. Other than that it was better than expected.

CONS: Close to the palace, city center, small outside-look but big rooms inside. CONS: Unnoticeable. The gate/Entrance is not that noticeable but there's a name of this hotel outside. Location - 5/5 Safety - 3/5 Hospitality - 3/5 Price - 4/5 Food - N/A

Stayed here on the 7/10/2015 and woke up today with beg bugg bites all the way up my arms. Don't have any other complaints about the hotel and staff but those bugs are a deal breaker for me. My friend I was staying with got away unscathed. Also, just spent lousy 8 hours on at bus to Siem Reap to travel the 250 km distance, will definitely fly next time.

I liked this place a lot. The staff were uber friendly and had lots of tips on the city. I didn't like my room so they automatically changed my room. There is a restaurant downstairs that has lovely banana pancakes and pineapple shakes. I would definitely stay here again
