The hotel is located outside of the tourist spots, something I appreciate because I don't like having loud noises and throngs of people around my hotel. The neighborhood is quite at night but still safe for us to walk around. The hotel itself is quite nice, with easy access to tourists atrraction. The staffs are friendly and are ready to... More

I LOVE IT..... what can I ask more... good prize, good facilities, smiley staff, good breakfast buffet, good room, good local restaurant, everything are good good good,,, :) When I and my best friend arrived at the hotel, I wasn't sure that... This is the second time i am staying in the hotel. Been here last April too. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city for the following reasons: a. Prices Valued for money hotel, more than reasonable prices. b. Clean Rooms are always clean to the details, even twice a day in many cases c. Position Located close to... More

Frangipani has excellent location, and good customer service. The only negative points was the roof top bar sometimes has a sewer stink waft through, and some of the shower recesses do not drain. The breakfast buffet has one of the best noodle soups in Cambodia. The rooms are clean, well maintained and have good air conditioning. Staff are very helpful.... More

Stayed there a few night last months, room was clean, neatly setup I like the small ground floor pool, though the rooftop pool is a bit too small for any adult. Breakfast variety is ok, but food replenishing was slow. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

We came here from Me Mates Plàce which was very basic. Great hotel fantastic value. Has been renovated and some floors not finished. The paint job was terrible but the staff were very obliging the room we had on 7th floor had a small balcony and city views. The buffet breakfast was amazing the best we have enjoyed this trip.... I stayed at the Frangipani Living Arts Hotel for 3 nights while at a conference. This hotel was selected by the host of the conference, who chose it because of its proximity to his home. Unfortunately, as the Russian Market closes at 5:00 p.m. and there are limited restaurants and other venues within the area, we were resigned to staying... More

I was travelling alone and stayed for one night in Phnom Penh as a getaway from my hometown. I was surprised at first because of the price as it is 4 stars and the price range is only 34 dollars/night. I thought the hotel must be old and filthy. But I decided to go for it because of the price.... More

I love their breakfast buffet - great choices of mostly western food, with the exception of khmer noodle soup which I like so much. :) My room is clean, things are nicely put together and I felt so comfortable in my stay. I can't forget the local sleepers I had in the hotel, I would love to have one. :)... More
