I stayed here for a five nights, and paid $25 a night - I was told after i had checked in that the room was worth $45. Actually the room was fantastic, big, clean, with balcony, TV, fridge, kettle etc. I stayed in two rooms - cause i checked out then went back when i couldn't get a bus that... More

Didnt realise it changed owners. Was looking forward to its breakfast there. To my dissappointment it was a failure. "Expedia.com.au"stuffed up my booking! After it guaranteed my paid booking and no need to contact them to confirmed paid booking. On arrival they had one room paid for according to expedia.com.au.Still waiting for its response. This is not for familys and... More

I just spent one very scary night at this terrible hotel. Me and my friend stayed here one night and heard horrible screams coming from the upper floor all night. The rooms have corridor windows as doors which could easily be unlocked. My friend was shaking all night scared to death. We also had big leakeage in the sink (but... More

We stayed one night in the delux room which was spotless and well presented. It had an incredible view over the river. Staff were excellent and had plenty of advice and recommendations. Easy to organise onward travel. Nice bar downstairs with good breakfast. Overall a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed in a deluxe room at Pillar Hotel for three nights. The staff were friendly, the rooms were large (with free wifi, tv, refrigerator, kettle, coffee/tea, etc). The location was fairly central (on the waterfront) and near many shops and restaurants. A big plus of staying at the Pillar is their great (free) breakfast menu. The breakfast menu offers... More

We stayed for 1 night in this hotel last Jan 4, 2014. The hotel is in a nice location, very accessible and looks okay from the outside. However, there are several areas for improvement the hotel needs to address: 1. The staircase is too steep, dark and can fit only one person at a time. If you have a big... More

Lovely view from our room. The room is Clean and friendly receptionist, Lucy. The wifi is very fast. 3min walk to bus station (going to Siem Reap). Not recommended to the elderly. My room was on the third floor, it was quite an challenge to climb the stairs.

This could be a very good or even excellent with just a few minor changes. Firstly, the rooms are very nice and some have terrific views. The down side of this however, is the white curtains with no lining, making the room bright as the beach as soon as the sun rises. Another problem that could easily be remedied is... More
