We stayed in a deluxe room at Pillar Hotel for three nights. The staff were friendly, the rooms were large (with free wifi, tv, refrigerator, kettle, coffee/tea, etc). The location was fairly central (on the waterfront) and near many shops and restaurants. A big plus of staying at the Pillar is their great (free) breakfast menu. The breakfast menu offers... More

We stayed for 1 night in this hotel last Jan 4, 2014. The hotel is in a nice location, very accessible and looks okay from the outside. However, there are several areas for improvement the hotel needs to address: 1. The staircase is too steep, dark and can fit only one person at a time. If you have a big... More

Lovely view from our room. The room is Clean and friendly receptionist, Lucy. The wifi is very fast. 3min walk to bus station (going to Siem Reap). Not recommended to the elderly. My room was on the third floor, it was quite an challenge to climb the stairs.

This could be a very good or even excellent with just a few minor changes. Firstly, the rooms are very nice and some have terrific views. The down side of this however, is the white curtains with no lining, making the room bright as the beach as soon as the sun rises. Another problem that could easily be remedied is... More

Just near boat station. Nice room. Clean. river view. 3* I would like to stay again. Served take-away breakfast at 7 in morning (earlier than official start). No lift. Loud dogs outside. Cheap looking reception.

I'm a little surprised reading the other reviews to see how badly some people felt. My experience was quite different and I enjoyed the hotel, perhaps I'm more easily pleased, although I agree with some of the statements. The steps are uneven sizes and the light a bit dim. That didn't detract from the place for me, but you do... More

With the choice around here, we decided to try a quick lunch. A big mistake. Overpriced and of poor quality. We waited well over an hour for an order for 8 people and subsequently had to send some food back. In fact, we would have been better buying food from the passing street vendors. Location is great and all of... More

We booked into this hotel based on reviews, we weren't expecting anything amazing but just a basic hotel in a good location. What we got was a poor hotel in a good location. The hotel is at the top of the strip along the water front. You can get to everything easily enough from this hotel. The bad points are... More
