We were there during the fire. The hotel handled the situation well, and found us good accommodation within 2 hours of the fire. Up until then we found the hotel fine, and breakfast okay. You can walk into town and the market, its not as isolated as you think. I hope the hotel adopts battery backup for the alarm system... More

looks great in the pictures but dont be fooled.. We have stayed at 5 different hotels this trip and all are excellent until the juliana.. staff at check in were so unfriendly she basically grunted.. we then were led down the dark hallways to our room. We turned the air con on and i thought i was on the runway... More

I was impressed with the room I had on the two occasions I stayed at this hotel - spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with large modern bathroom. The pool area was great, large pool and very relaxing area. The pool in the centre of the hotel gave the hotel a good feel, spacious and open. The staff were very friendly and... More

ease to access and good smiley service. I used a function room for 20 people for seminar and continuously dinning. The location is quite for for shopping area. But if you have a good walking by 10 mins, you can buy something at shopping area. The around hotel is 80% safety for walking till midnight.

If you are coming to Phnom Penh for a relaxing time by the pool with good safe food (I.e. food that won't upset your stomach) this is the place for you. Amazing staff and great clean rooms with the most comfortable pillows I have found in Cambodia. However if you are here to see the sights it is a little... More

We spent two days in this very nice hotel. Accommodation was excellent, rooms are spacious and have interesting design, everything is very tidy and clean and has a touch of warmth and welcome. Location seemed weird, its entrance was almost hidden, and you go through very strange street with car repair shops to come to it. General location is OK,... More

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. Decent value for money. Nice rooms, good internet connectivity, decent breakfast, and courteous staff. I also found this place family friendly. A good place for a few days.

Very impressive, large reception area. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing each morning with a wide variety of cereals, baked goods, hot food and food cooked to order while you wait. The rooms were very spacious and kept very clean. The ground floor rooms seemed very dark when we sneaked a peak as the windows looked out... More

The hotel is excellent value and offers very good facilities. The pool area is particualy inviting. Whilst the hotel is situated out of the main areas there are numerours tuk tuk taxis that get you around very cheap. as a base for exploration its ideal making a very pleasent return after a days sightseeing to crash by the pool. The location of the hotel is good for a family, on a quiet road but only 5-8 minutes in a tuk tuk to most of the busy shopping and restaurant areas. The rooms are basic but clean and adequate. The shower in the bathroom is a power shower which is great after a day out in the dusty city. The... More
