I only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, bathroom crowded (had a tub if you like that). Mattresses were a little lumpy but the room was dark and relatively quiet. Very nice pool/jacuzzi area. Foot massage was great, the guy who does deep tissue uses tons of pressure to the point that it is painful.... More

I went to Phnom Penh during the 31st March to 3rd April 2012 with a few friends and we stayed at the Juliana Hotel. It is not located in the heart of Phnom Penh, but nice if you want to look at the lives of people there since it is not in the city centre. The rooms were quite good,... More

Spent 4 nights in this hotel which was 4 nghts too many. Upon arrival reception staff were amiciable but not friendly. Our superior room was in the back corner of the building. Breakfast was the worse ones we have had since travelling through Asia for the past 5 weeks. We ordered lunch on day 2 in hotel restaurant - I... More

Stayed at Juliana for two nights! Loved the elegance of the room for the price I paid, Pool was fantastic, gym facilities were great, and also enjoyed a great massage and sauna! Breakfast was also quite tasty! Great value and more than what I was expecting More

Whilst our check in was smooth as soon as you enter your room you get a feel that this is a hotel well below its 4 star classification. The room was drably decorated. The reception staff were very friendly. Whilst the pool was clean and decent size the pool and bar staff found it extremely difficult to smile bordering on... More

We stayed at the Juliana for 2 nights February 2012. The hotel is in the worst location and there were equivalent hotels for the same price near the river front. When we first walked in the room, I pulled the blankets off the bed and noticed there was only a single sheet over the mattress, no pad of any type.... More

I titled the hotel like this because that is what it felt like. One day you would come in and the staff would be quite pleasant and the next day you could not raise a smile off them. We were given a room in what i could only explain as an annex. The room itself was quite nice with a large... More

Clean rooms with a nice pool and large outdoor area with plenty of room for everyone. The breakfasts were good and the staff were helpful. The decor in the lobby resembled that of something very chinese with lots of yellow and red - it was a bit tacky. The only let down was the location. Although it's only a $2... More
