I have been a member of the Cambodiana Hotel Physique Club for a few months and recently took my son to join also, then on the last occasion we went to swim at the Cambodiana on the 18th May 2015 my locker in the changing room was broken in to and my wallet stolen. The hotel staff along with the... More

I have stayed at the Cambodiana a couple of times over the past 5 years. The hotel is in a wonderful location with a great river front view/access but it simply does not live up to its potential. The hotel itself has a number of structural issues (cracking walls, etc.) and the floors above the ground level are also buckling... More

For me, this is a good hotel, sometimes we just can choose the best ones in the bad ones. This is the same hotel with the other hotels around the Cambodian territory. Architectural style hotel tradition is also a highlight of the hotel.

This is one huge hotel. Unfortunately it is in need of a general overhaul. Room was very dated with mould in the bathroom. Reception told us that wifi was not free, but after reading hotel pamphlet found out the pool bar had free wifi. Dinner was very poor example of Cambodian cuisine. Central location but very aged hotel.

This is my second time in the hotel, the last was in 2014. This time, I opted to stay on the Club Floor which is located on 5/F. I checked in on the Ground Floor, and was not directed to the Club Floor for check in. The benefits were explained to me except the free suit pressing which would have... More

We stayed here for two nights and were quite satisfied. We got it cheap and the location was good so I guess we can't say too much. The staff at the hotel are helpful and nice. The drinks were a little pricey but that was expected. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Given the price, this hotel is nothing short of disappointing, do not judge a book by it's cover is definitely the case here. The rooms are pre 1980 with broken furniture, disgusting bathrooms, old technology and a safe that is not even bolted down. My advise is that you should go elsewhere. On the positive side, the staff are friendly,... More

Stayed here on our last night in PP, and glad it was only for one night. On my first visit, many years ago, this was a luxury hotel, beautiful brunch and lovely shops, so I was looking forward to this return. Sadly, the property has deteriorated significantly. Rooms are at best equivalent to a 2 star US hotel, with signs... More

last week, I had stayed in this hotel during my business trip. One thing I saw when I first arrive in front of the hotel, there was a nice view- a long building. The rooms is clean but I saw that the carpet is a bit old. I know that this hotel has a long history. The excellent thing is... More

Dear Mr. Jammi, I wish to thank you for taking the time to write your review, which pleased me a great deal when I read it yesterday. As a Manager, this is exactly the sort of approach to service that I want to encourage the staff to carry-out and which exemplifies our philosophy as represented by our motto: "Comfort comes... I came in March for my last night or two in Cambodia after staying at two hotels that were noisy. I knew the Cambodiana would be quiet; I first stayed at there about 17 years ago right after a coup, when it shown brightly as the finest hotel in Cambodia. Since then, the shine has faded somewhat, but it is... More
