I had the experience of staying in this hotel in September this year. It is just another property which makes it to a 4 star category. The staff needs lots of training. The old property needs lot of attention. All in all I would avoid this hotel if I had a choice.

i have traveled to South-East Asia for 2 months. I stayed here 2 nights and i almost fall in love with this hotel. It has good location, you can easily find this because of the huge size. The price is reasonable. Friendly staff, good services, everything is great, nothing to complain about. Also, what i love most is the bar... More

... We got a pizza and despite the pizza oven behind the bar, and description on the menu of fresh ingredients, it was clearly a cheap freezer microwave job which we couldn't eat. The top came away from the nasty base like it was a sheet of paper. I complained and eventually got my money back, but they weren't happy... More

I stayed for 4 days at Cambodiana hotel at the Club Mekong floor (river facing) at USD 129 per day including breakfast. It is best to make a corporate arrangement with them. The breakfast is good and it is best to have it at the restaurant downstairs. The guests at Club Mekong floor also enjoy complimentary evening snacks (such as... More

I was put up at the Cambodiana while there for a business trip; I had four nights to look forward to. Suspicious characters lurking in the hallway near the elevators, and uninspiring decor to look at. I finally decided after 3 nights (including one night when the music from the bar below was so high that I couldn't sleep) to... More

*This is solely a review of The Cambodiana Hotel GYM I've been traveling around SE-Asia for a couple of months now and all the times I've stayed at one place more than a week I've tried to find a decent gym. The gym at The Cambodiana is one of the best I've come across so far. The gym offers a... More

It may be unfair to rate this hotel as this is not a hotel I will pick and choose on my own. But since I was going to attend a conference there and it was the host hotel, so for convenient traffic arrangement, I stayed. And unfortunately it is not a good decision made. I was given room 329 and... More

Stayed 2 nights here recently on a business trip. Overall a bad experience at the hotel. Check in and out was slow. Nice lobby but once you get into the room, the ambience takes you back into the 80s. The switches are old and the TV is older than my grandparents. Still the old box type and the remote was... More

The services of the hotel staff (valet, front office, housekeeping, F&B) are very courteous and friendly. It makes my stay very pleasant. Room is spacious. However, the bathroom need to be renovated - it has an "old" smell which is unpleasant. Overall, happy with my stay in the hotel.
