very bad internet connection, crappy TV reception, very poor physical condition of the building although the staff tries to help, for the price, it should be much better! Breakfast is OK but the staff is clueless-have to ask for coffee every time and they don't understand to take plates away??? Let's wait until the manager can bring it around to... More

This hotel is the best example of processes in an emerging country: relatively expensive, but the service and quality of the food is less than average. The problem starts with a certain amount of arrogance and ignorance of the management. E.g. if you would like to order food or drinks at the swimming pool around 11:30am, well .... good luck... Our stay at the Cambodiana was spoiled by the loud music coming from the hotel bar. We found it impossible to sleep due to the pounding noise. After asking for a room change, we were given a free upgrade to a quieter riverview room. The hotel is lacklustre with few redeeming features apart from it's central riverfront location.

I had the experience of staying in this hotel in September this year. It is just another property which makes it to a 4 star category. The staff needs lots of training. The old property needs lot of attention. All in all I would avoid this hotel if I had a choice.

i have traveled to South-East Asia for 2 months. I stayed here 2 nights and i almost fall in love with this hotel. It has good location, you can easily find this because of the huge size. The price is reasonable. Friendly staff, good services, everything is great, nothing to complain about. Also, what i love most is the bar... More

... We got a pizza and despite the pizza oven behind the bar, and description on the menu of fresh ingredients, it was clearly a cheap freezer microwave job which we couldn't eat. The top came away from the nasty base like it was a sheet of paper. I complained and eventually got my money back, but they weren't happy... More

I stayed for 4 days at Cambodiana hotel at the Club Mekong floor (river facing) at USD 129 per day including breakfast. It is best to make a corporate arrangement with them. The breakfast is good and it is best to have it at the restaurant downstairs. The guests at Club Mekong floor also enjoy complimentary evening snacks (such as... More

I was put up at the Cambodiana while there for a business trip; I had four nights to look forward to. Suspicious characters lurking in the hallway near the elevators, and uninspiring decor to look at. I finally decided after 3 nights (including one night when the music from the bar below was so high that I couldn't sleep) to... More

*This is solely a review of The Cambodiana Hotel GYM I've been traveling around SE-Asia for a couple of months now and all the times I've stayed at one place more than a week I've tried to find a decent gym. The gym at The Cambodiana is one of the best I've come across so far. The gym offers a... More
