I have just left having stayed here for nearly two weeks. So first impressions (well having read the reviews on here, I knew a little of what to expect) it was quite grand to pull up to but then we went inside. Check in - the longest check in process I have had (I travel for two weeks to Asia... More

I stayed this hotel for 5 nights. I think staff were very friendly and service was not bad. However, I found that the TV set was not working in my room. Although I reported about the problem to the front desk next morning, they did not fix it on that day. They eventually fixed the TV but I could not... More

The reception are is most impressive, and well laid out! The furniture, though not fancy, is quite comfortable. Rooms are made specially comfortable for repeat guests! Communication in English is a bit of an issue, but the staff go out of their way to try and understand you and your needs! The guest relations team is the most helpful!!

I stayed in May2014 at Executive floor, excellent location, amateur staff but very polite, they need to upgrade the Executive floor, it doesn't look like one, and not maintained, but the swimming pool area is fantastic and also the small artificial beach over looking the river, are very good.

The employees are all really really helpfull and friendly. Sometimes a bit too much when you stay at your room because you are sick you Will be woken because 1. Someone Will ask if everything is allright 2. If you have laundry 3. If you used something from minibar 4. The reception phones you to ask whether you want your... More

Did not enjoy my stay here. Rooms are dates, small and carpet smells. For the high price i expected better and feel that rooms were under equipped for the price, Wi-fi was also not included in price. Staff at front desk are rude. They charged my credit card twice $500 x 2 and even after they confirmed they had done... More

I stayed at this hotel in April 2014. Had a great stay in this very large establishment. Yes the rooms could do with a re-vamp but were large, clean and spacious. Overall it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and could not fault them.

This large, international hotel has most of what a guest expects from such a place: spacious and practical rooms, a large swimming pool and gym, a good buffet breakfast, and friendly and effective service. The hotel has also different shops, including an excellent coffee and cake shop. It's rather expensive compared to what is on offer in Phnom Penh, and... More

This is a large, gracious hotel from the 60s, designed with close attention from then King Sihanouk. It is on the river, and looks magnificent from the outside, reminiscent of the nearby palace architecture. Though the hotel has clearly been renovated a few times, it could use another spruce up -- lighting and plumbing in the large rooms are a... More

Desperately in need of a revamping. The counter of the bathroom was riddled with cigarette burns, as was the carpet. One bed was as soft as a trampoline, while the other was clearly at the end of its useful life. The in-room wifi was abysmal and completely inadequate. Other businesses in the area seem not to have this problem, so... More
