We stayed a couple of nights - December 2014. Usual high standards that we're accustomed to. Helpful staff all round. Comfortable room. Good spread for breakfast. Concierge arranged a trip to the Killing Fields at short notice.

Over the last 4 months, I have visited the InterCons in HCMC, Hanoi, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Singapore, and "The Strings" in Tokyo. Saigon being the absolut highlight, and Singapore the Lowlight... Phnom Penh, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur are all good quality, good breakfast, well located, reasonably updated Asia InterContinental's. I enjoy all 3 of them and look forward... More

This is overall a good hotel, but I believe has room for improvement. This is obviously an old buidling, but there is old stylish and old need to be replaced. I was in a conference, and the chairs were stained. For a hotel of this quality, I don't believe stained chairs are acceptable. The room I was staying in was... More

We had 3 nights in this very comfortable hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. It had all the facilities you would expect from a modern hotel and we felt very much at home. It was very easy to get transport to get to & from the town centre.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while doing a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel is large, modern and has all the amenities you would expect. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean with efficient air-conditioning. All the staff are helpful and friendly and food in the restaurants is good. The swimming pool is a... More

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by courteous and warm employees. The lobby was grand, comfortable and immaculate. We had a delightful short stay at the Intercontinental Phnom Penh. In sum, the hotel was lovely, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was the best we had seen and consumed during our Southeast Asia... More

Where do my praises begin? Our stay at this property was a surprise and a pleasant surprise. The concierge contacted us before hand and arranged an airport pick up for us at a reasonable price. We were taken to the hotel in a nice car which offered wi-fi. When we checked in, we were helped by Mr. Phalli who was... More

We visited with our two kids on a one night stay and found the hotel excellent. The staff and service was excellent and because we were only there one night the staff on the club floor did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay. My only tip is that nothing in Cambodia happens very fast we were rushing... More

This Hotel is fine if you are on a guided tour or on business with your own transport. If you prefer quiet then this is it. However it is a slight distance (need Taxi) to Touristy area. All the staff are attentive and aim to please. You have to try their Juice Station at breakfast. The fresh Carrot/Apple/Ginger combo's were... More

Had a good stay here. Efficient service. No problems that I could see. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was huge for one person, I especially liked that! Food was fine.
