Stayed here for two nights for a lecture . Picked up from the airport. Check in seamless. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Usual 5 star amenities. The cable TV had the news channels and movie channels. The restaurant where breakfast is served was clean, cool and the spread was international mixed with Cambodian fare. They had... More

I just stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in Phnom Penh for business (of "Intercon" as all locals call it). The staff was friendly and attentive. I signed up for the "Club" package which gives wi-fi, breakfast, tea hour, and cocktail hour every day. Extra $45 so if you use wifi a lot combined with breakfast, maybe not the worst deal.... More

If you want to be away from all the Mess in Cambodia, this hotel is really good and safe. Stayed 3 nights at the intercon club level and it is really good. Bed is comfortable. Hotel breakfast is a spread and really excellent. For the price i think this is what we deserve at least. It is pricy compared to... More

We stayed only the 1 night, our room was lovely and cool, however the furniture is rather old so had a very musty smell.....we was offered a upgrade which we took which included a free mini bar...well worth it.. Breakfast was outstanding, the best we had in Cambodia .... We had lunch there as well which was delicious and plentiful...also... More

I would recommend the hotel Intercontinental in Phnom Penh, although I would recommend that anyone staying there use the internet to book the rooms as they can be pricey on a "walk up"..... The breakfast is amazing and abundant variety of breakfast yummies...the rooms are nice and clean, the internet slow but adequate. The staff is very service-oriented and friendly... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

We stayed at the Intercontinental for a couple of nights in March, 2013. After a long flight from home, we thought that getting acclimatized in Phnom Penh and seeing the few tourist sights there would be a wiser course of action than immediately taking on the sterner sightseeing challenges at Siem Reap. I believe it was the prudent move. Billed... More

Being one of the poorest countries in the world, the contrast between the poverty outside, and the luxury inside is dazzling. You might even feel a little guilty staying at the Intercontinental, but if you saw where the local Cambodians stay, I doubt you would want to trade places with them. From the friendly smiles from the door man and... More

My stay only reinforced the benefits of Ambassador membership. Advised hotel I would be arriving on the early flight from Bangkok 9.30 am rather than 7.30 pm and arranged for pick up. Some confusion at the airport about my identifying description but all's well. Got to the hotel and preferential booking and upgrade. Room ready as they knew I had... More

Arriving from Chau Doc, Vietnam, by fast boat, we were transferred to the Intercontinental Hotel. Amenities met Western-style needs. The room and en-suite bathroom were clean. Food was served in a nice restaurant that looked out over a nearby street and a low-rise building across the street. Breakfast included a variety of both Western and Asian-style dishes. Staff were fine.... More
