I stayed in this hotel for work-related training and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room on the 11th floor was roomy and clean, with a nice view onto the pool and the city. Well-equipped bathroom, as one would expect in a hotel in this class. Staff were extremely friendly, without being overbearing, and I felt genuinely welcome. Food was good,... More

Had great stay here, service and staff excellent. Room was neat and clean all you would expect for this type of hotel. Piano bar very nice and buffet good value for quality food. Unless you want to stay at the hotel 24/7 the location is a long way from Phnom Penhs attractions particularly River Front, Palace, Museum and many restaurants.

Everything in the room is typical InterContinental standard. This property also frequently makes its appearance on PointsBreak (5,000 points/night is a bargain). Location is not exactly ideal, but on the plus side it's closer to the S-21 prison genocide museum and Cheong Uk Killing Fields than hotels in downtown Phnom Penh. There is a shuttle offered (departing 4-5 times throughout... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. On arrival we were greeted with a smile by various staff including the ones at reception. Our check in process was quick, friendly and efficient. The young lady then escorted us to the room, explaining various facilities offered as we walked. The elevator can only be operated by inserting... More

An amazing comfortable bed with a beautiful bathroom. Relaxing and comforting the night before our long journey home. We were delighted with the service, the delicious breakfast that had a juice bar, egg station, and made to order pancakes, waffles or French toast. While we stayed in many boutique hotels in Phnom Penh and elsewhere this luxurious stay was the... More

Helpful pleasant staff. Comfortable rooms & beds. Complimentary fruit basket for IHG members. The concierge arranged (at very short notice) a guide to take us to the Killing Fields. Not much to do in the hotel area but inexpensive to go by tuk tuk to the Riverfront. Enjoyable short stay.

Although not overly luxurious for 5-star hotel, it is nevertheless clean and comfortable. What really impressed me was the well trained and friendly staff both in the reception as well as the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is set well back from the main road so there is no traffic noise but the location is quite far away if you don't... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The employees were universally pleasant and helpful, our suite was comfortable and well appointed, and we enjoyed the lounge access we had purchased. The breakfast buffet was very good. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We stayed a couple of nights - December 2014. Usual high standards that we're accustomed to. Helpful staff all round. Comfortable room. Good spread for breakfast. Concierge arranged a trip to the Killing Fields at short notice.

Over the last 4 months, I have visited the InterCons in HCMC, Hanoi, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Singapore, and "The Strings" in Tokyo. Saigon being the absolut highlight, and Singapore the Lowlight... Phnom Penh, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur are all good quality, good breakfast, well located, reasonably updated Asia InterContinental's. I enjoy all 3 of them and look forward... More
