My wife and I stayed at this hotel late 2013 and were very impressed with both the facilities and the staff. The driver assigned to us made sure we saw everything possible in the city, even off the beaten path spots we'd not have found ourselves. The rooms were spacious and a great value for price paid, and it's centrally... More

This Hotel has Great Rooms and pick of restaurants but has a very heritage feel - not the usual Intercontinental Super Experience but one of the better known hotels in Phnom Penh i would think for a business trip. The part i liked most was the impressive buffet breakfast and serenity in the Hotel Lobby unlike what you will see... More

The room and service were both very good and the breakfast excellent. The hotel for me lacked character, the rooms were slightly soulless - it was just part of a hotel chain. It was slightly out of town so the tuk tuk journey was always adventurous - walking was not advised at night because there are no pavements! Given the... More

Stayed there for 5 nights recently. The hotel enjoys a prime position in the heart of PP. The service is good, the rooms are large, well lit and pretty clean. As i asked for a smoking room, i was given one which is not any different from the other rooms as the windows are blocked which is quite unpleasant, i... More

I've stayed here three times now. For me, the place is still a better bet for rest and relaxation than the mad house of Nagaworld (where I have stayed a few times previously). But, somehow, this property seems to have aged a bit, and it tends to give you the "old" feeling. Make no mistake, the rooms are comfortable and... More

Loved the stay here, from the swimming pool to the food served, staff being very helpful and kind. This is a place you want to be if you want to escape the hectic life of Phnom Penh. From the hotel the city centre and tourist hot spots are easily reachable by cab or tuktuk, walking is not recommended.

I have stayed at several Intercontinental around the world. And this one falls at the bottom half of the lot. Like one reviewer put it, sometimes service is great, and sometimes not all that great. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch at the hotel. We stayed at the club room level. Used the pool. We got to meet some nice... More

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel has much character in terms of its construction and you really get the feeling that you are in Phnom penh - a little like Raffles. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with very large beds and bathrooms and the tv and aircon is great. The service is also very friendly and... More

Stayed for a week with family on sightseeing holiday. The hotel was a fantastic cool oasis of calm in a hot, humid and bustling city. The rooms are of a good standard and very clean. My only grumble is the variability of the service we received. Some of the service we received was outstanding whilst other times we felt staff... More

The standards are as expect of a large hotel group. The rooms are good size and all the usual amenities were there. My room had a dam smell though but it didn't bother me too much. There are some gaps in the service like they forgot to refill my laundry bag after I sent my cloths out but you can... More
