This hotel is only appearance. The swimming Pool is so small, the service of airport pick up not on time, the room small for the price and they don't clear the room and the bathroom every day even you stay 3 days. The beakfast was ok and the waiters smily but the service not professionnal. more

We enjoyed our two night stay in the hotel but had to use tuk tuks to visit the sites in the city. However we had ones who stayed with us and took us round to the places we wanted to visit. There was a very good range of food for breakfast with both Cambodian and western choices. more

I really cannot comprehend the other reviews that give this hotel an average rating. This truly is an Intercon in all aspects. Service is outstanding, rooms are a decent size, clean, and very comfortable. Location is not central, but this is after all a small city in comparison with other south east asian capitals. You are never too far away... more

We stayed for 2 nights at this property, the Hotel is reasonably central & 20 mins from the airport, depending on the traffic, which is crazy, there are no white lines & no rules of the road. Tuk Tuks are readily available & the best way to see the city, you can hire one for an entire day for $30... more

I've stayed in this hotel for about 4 days for a business trip. I believed it's only one business hotel in this city and hence the service is very standard.... Room is very standard and by no means luxurious which is not quite what Inter-Continental is known for. Breakfast has a good selection and the fruits are quite fresh. I... more

The Intercontinental is a bit of a strange place. The main reception area looked grand and the pool area was very pretty and relaxing to sit around after a day of touring. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The stange bit really is that it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, to get in to... more

This hotel should be ashamed of itself. It is tatty and over priced. I felt like I was in an ex-pat throw back to the 70's. Compared to the many other hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia this was the worse and the most expensive. It was the last place I tried and the only one that had a... more

I stayed in this hotel in late August for 3D/2N while taking a short break in Phnom Penh, During my stay the Intercontinental lived up to the brand standard & my expectations. I found the public areas I visited (Lobby, Bar, Restaurant & club lounge) to be clean & well maintained as was my room, The Staff were friendly, professional... more

I have no idea where the people who wrote the negative reviews stayed. We loved the hotel. It was an oasis in the center of extremely busy Phnom Penh. The room & bathroom were very nice. It had a great air conditioner, toiletries, and bedding. The swimming pool was very nice as well. The breakfast & lunch buffets were excellent,... more

The cheapest of our 5 hotels in Cambodia and Thailand, and the most disappointing. We stayed on their club floor for 3 nights which removed us from the mass-market tourists - but this was not the usual Intercontinental-style sanctuary that we've experienced else-where, with many 'business' people using it as an office, and the occasional large groups of people using... more
