This hotel is on the side of the Royal Palace and 1 block to the National Museum. The riverfront is about 200 metres walk. The hotel rooms are on 3 levels and there is no lift. The stairs could be a problem for some. The rooms are magnificent, I had a deluxe room, overlooking the street, great furnishings, lounge chairs,... More

I've stayed twice (both times in October 2014) at this budget hotel and I can say is very good value, I can add considering that I paid around less than $ 20.00 per night the rooms are nicely appointed.I enjoy the location in Street 178 which is a stone throw from the river side , Royal Palace and National Museum.... The pictures on the website were much more impressive than the real thing! We booked a standard room at $22.50, for 1 night. The room was very small, with no window to the outside and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. The door handle on the inside of the bathroom... More

Great place to stay because most of the tourist places are nearby on a good walking distance. Had a small room, basic but good and can not complain about their service. Maybe breakfast can be a bit better but that's just a matter of taste. Must do:eat at the friends restaurant nearby, best place in town with amazing delicious food!

You can't fault the location of this hotel. Easily within walking distance of all of the main sites but still quiet enough to get a good night sleep. Be under no illusions though, this is definitely a budget hotel and you absolutely get what you pay for. I didn't encounter any problems with cleanliness, and the bed was comfortable. There... More

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the location excellent, staff was helpful. Something strange happened with our reservation so we had to pay extra for the breakfast. Just make sure not to do the same mistake. The price quality ratio was very good!

We had booked the most expensive, large deluxe rooms, already prepaid. When we got there after a long trip, no deluxe rooms were available. We got the smaller, cheaper superior rooms, refund no, free drink no, only a “sorry”. Since we only stayed two nights we kept the superior room because we were in no mood to pack in the... More

We spent a lot of time browsing TripAdvisor for somewhere to stay in PP and everywhere seemed worryingly poor so I didn't expect much however this place turned out to be just fine with no problems arising. It's a good location and the breakfast was nice. We also had lunch one day which was also really nice. When you leave... More

Well when we arrived it seemed the rooms didnt look a lot like the photos on agoda. Rooms and toilet are very small and cramped and can hear traffic from the front of the building even though we were at the back of the building away from the road. Our room service menu was all stained and could barely read... More

Location of hotel is great. Walking diatance from Royal Palace, National Museum, riverside, Phnom Penh night market, on lum pagoda. Street 172, a parallel one, has many bars open till late night. Riverside is also great in evenings. Hotel rooms are average, not impressed with them. No lift in hotel so ask for room on level 1 (one above ground).... More
