We stayed at the diamond place hotel some time ago, though the location was good the hotel was very bad. The staff was unhelpful and rude. My air con was not working because of which I called reception a lot of times, I could clearly hear him bang it down on purpose or just keep it aside. I could hear... More

We stayed at Diamond Palace during our third time in Phnom Penh. We knew the location, which is near the palace and riverside backpacker area - perfect walking distance! Our friend had recommended the rooms, but we were disappointed. The room was so tiny, the bathroom was a toilet with a shower pack on the wall and the lighting was... More

I stayed here in August during low season for a few days. Great location that can't be beat. Well except all the tuk tuk drivers who stalk you as soon as you emerge into the lobby. 95% of my stay there was great. Clean nice basic room with AC, private bathroom, and clean. The staff was friendly, if not very... More

A stones throw from the royal palace, museum and riverfront. $15-$22US when I was there. Great staff are very helpful including printing of my visa firms for free. Giving me and adaptor to use during my stay. Dealing with the persistent tuk tuk drivers on my behalf. I really can't speak more highly of them. The deluxe room was very... More

Location, close to National Museum, Royal Palace and riverside. Staff were polite, helpful and really serviceminded. WiFi was strong and stable. Everything was working in the room. Cleaning daily. Breakfast was ok, you choose from a menu with 8 or 9 items. Lots of tuk tuks in front of the hotel, and also lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.

We got a good deal with this hotel as we booked online. I would say, as long as you can get a good deal here it is alright... I wouldn't want to pay full price. Hotel room was clean apart from a few cobwebs on the very high ceilings. However, great location (close to the main strip but off the... More

Was wary after reading some negative reviews but I can't understand why! We loved this hotel and it was super cheap! We booked through the hotel quickly app, meaning we got a deluxe room for only $7.50 per night (using credits so this wouldn't apply to everyone),but would have happily paid the $15 as advertised outside. This included free breakfast... More

We managed to get a cheaper price on booking.com ($15 per night) The hotel is lovely. Bathroom was clean and hot water working well. Room has a fridge, TV and air on. The price includes breakfast which was amazing. They have a menu which you can chose from, eggs (any kind) toast, fried rice, continental, which a choice of tea,... More

If you stay in your room all night and you do not wish to go out and return to the hotel in the small hours, then this is a good place to stay for value. However, should you encounter the shabby night guard then you will have a problem. Firstly he is genuinely uninterested in anything other than sleeping, and... More

We had a good stay at the diamond palace 2 hotel. We payed 13 dollars per night for a n aircon room without breakfast. We had a clean nice room, with a comfortable double bed and well working aircon. We didn't use it but the TV had a horrible reception. The wifi was alright. Not to fast though. The location... More
