We spent a lot of time browsing TripAdvisor for somewhere to stay in PP and everywhere seemed worryingly poor so I didn't expect much however this place turned out to be just fine with no problems arising. It's a good location and the breakfast was nice. We also had lunch one day which was also really nice. When you leave... More

Well when we arrived it seemed the rooms didnt look a lot like the photos on agoda. Rooms and toilet are very small and cramped and can hear traffic from the front of the building even though we were at the back of the building away from the road. Our room service menu was all stained and could barely read... More

Location of hotel is great. Walking diatance from Royal Palace, National Museum, riverside, Phnom Penh night market, on lum pagoda. Street 172, a parallel one, has many bars open till late night. Riverside is also great in evenings. Hotel rooms are average, not impressed with them. No lift in hotel so ask for room on level 1 (one above ground).... More

Very close to the riverfront, the only decent party area of town. The rooms are fairly large, but roaches abound in most of them, just bring some bug spray. The staff are fairly accommodating and speak English. Be wary of cab drivers, if you're traveling along, just hop on the back of a motorbike for $2 and they'll take you... More

We stayed here in early May 2014 and we enjoyed our time here. The location was great, the room comfortable and the staff helpful. Breakfast was adequate and all in all we enjoyed our time here. They don't have a lift though so lots of stairs...but it keeps you nice and fit.

My room faces a glittering complex of the Royal Palace and the National Museum. The hotel is a minute walk to the river front on the left, and the famous Friends Tapas on the right block. In the evening you can just walk to the back side and enjoy the roasted "molusk" (hmm.. I dont know the English term for... More

Stayed at the Diamond Palace II hotel for 2 nights. The service at the front desk can be a bit hit and miss, depending on the staff at the desk. When we arrived several of the hotel staff offered to carry our bags up the steep staircase, no matter what I said they very kindly insisted. We were traveling as... More

I had booked a superior room and they claimed that they had upgraded me to a deluxe room. nothing to shout about . room is ok . 2 incidents had marred my image of the hotel service. I requested for a 2pin adaptor(i had a 3 pin) but the receptionist say they had ran out and requested me to buy... More

Diamond Palace 2 has a marvellous location overlooking the National Museum & Park. Very handy for Royal Palace, Riverside etc. Superior rooms have balconys above the street giving great view of everyday life outside. Nice clean rooms with AC & breakfast included. However when I returned fo the hotel from a 2-day beach trip they charged me $5 per night... More

We stayed twice during our month in Cambodia and was perfectly located for all we wanted to do. 15min walk from the jetty the boat from Vietnam dropped us off at and a view over the Royal Palace and Museum. Room was just what we needed - clean, ac, en suite and fridge etc. Breakfast was included and had a... More
