We arrived into Phnom Penh late evening and found most of the nearby "backpacker hostels" and guesthouses we're full. Having been to the Tin Tin in 2008 we were pleased to see on our return that nothing had changed including the price. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Phnom Penh. They have three floors with about 15 rooms per floor. Prices of rooms range from $15 - $25 depending on windows and/or balconies.
