Staying in Phnom Penh for 5 days for work, tourism and visiting some friends all together. Spacious and charmy hotel, either for tourists or business or travellers... Good ambient at meal times as the food is excellent in the restaurant Definetely a 5 from 5!!! There is always a Tuc Tuc ready at the gate. Conveniently located close to many... More

My wife and I booked for two days and extended to three and glad we did. We had one of the wooden rooms which was very charming. We walked to the sights during the days and took the "Pink Cadillac"of tuk tuks at night. The hotel arranged for him to pick us up when we arrived from Phnom Penh and... More

Many thanks davidowen876 for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and dined in often. Even though The Terrace is tucked away from the increasingly bustling nightlife of Phnom Penh we are lucky to be home to K'nyay Restaurant. We are pleased too that you managed to avoid the disturbance from the construction down the road. We... More

This is a lovely guesthouse but any ambience is overshadowed by the surrounding construction and its proximity to Martini's nightclub. I opted for this place after a hectic month in HCMC. My first night I slept half of the night on the day bed which was at the other end of the room I was given. Martini's is a problem... More

Dear Kate, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at The Terrace on 95. You certainly got a double whammy with construction and Martini Bar and we are very sorry that these impacted so badly on your stay. You were unluckily in room 7 upstairs which has many wooden windows that do little to block out the... More

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for two days. The old French Style building is situated near S21 museum (few minutes walk only) and is next to Flick Community Theater. Though it takes ten odd minutes to go to the town by Tuk Tuk, the area is quiet and you don't often meet tourists around. The hotel is... More

Dear JadePiano, Thanks so much for your review and we are really happy that you enjoyed your stay so much. We are pleased that you appreciated the homey feel of the Terrace as that is what we aim for. Phnom Penh is a small town really and big hotels or modern concrete villas just don't seem to be as authentic... More

I had four nights here and we had a great stay! The building its self is an old French style house with a nice outdoors area upstairs where you can have drinks and food. The rooms are very nicely done & super clean. I got a pick up from the airport through the hotel that was perfect. The location is... More

Dear Bryce Y, Thanks for taking the time to review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The cleaning staff were very happy that you mentioned their work as they are super dedicated - Phnom Penh is a dusty old city so it is no mean feat keeping a place spick and span and, Miss V insists on ironing... Stayed here 4 nights - lovely rooms set around a courtyard, with a terrace above. The restaurant/cafe above is also open to the public and serves really fresh delicious food. It was pretty sleepy there while we stayed so not intrusive that it's open as a cafe. Included breakfast was really good - lovely fresh fruit, homemade yoghurt and proper... More

This place is super cute and the staff is amazing!! We were only there for two nights but we really enjoyed it. At night we ate from the restaurant and the food was very delicious-the breakfast was great as well. The staff is the best part! We were there right before Chinese New Year and needed to arrange a bus... More

We stayed only one night. The building is really nice, nicely decorated, colourful and pleasant, but not sophisticated . There are two types of rooms: we had booked a "double room with courtyard view" and they gave us a "wooden double room", which was however equally nice, well refined, nicely decorated, very clean and with a comfortable large bed! We... More

Stayed for three nights in February 2014. Wonderful, spacious rooms. Excellent food throughout the day. Great staff who go the extra mile, arranging tut-tuk drivers for sightseeing. A calm and beautiful haven.
