The hotel has a very unique interior design. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. We caught a very early flight from Ho Chi Minh City & arrived earlier than the normal check in time. This didn't seem to worry the staff at La Maison - they took us up to the rooftop and handed us a delicious welcome... More

We were actually lucky to get to stay in this great hotel two times during our trip as we used Phnom Penh as a travel hub. Our room (Shanghai) was more of a condo than a suite. It has a great kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove, etc. A large dining room with a good sized balcony and sliding... More

The D'Ambre is a truly unique boutique hotel in a very well located part of Phnom Penh. The hotel rooms are all different and very well decorated and furnished in various theme styles with a choice of room type and price. The larger rooms are more expensive but for me well worth the additional cost. Service is exceptional, all the... More

I've stayed in the premise on several occasions, both for business and leisure. The staffs were friendly and attentive, often going the extra mile to make each stay memorable and hassle-free. Each room is well decorated with an unique theme, reflecting the efforts that went into putting the place together. A must stay for anyone visiting Phnom Penh! JohnnyQ Singapore

We chose this property primarily due to its popularity amongst the booking.com crowd, and we were not disappointed. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated with a Chinese antique-y theme, and amenities were good and working well. The staff at the front desk were exceedingly helpful with our requests. The hotel is conveniently located near markets, shops, and attractions are a... More

Having battled your way around the sites of Phnom Penh all day it's wonderful to return to the serenity of the Maison D'Ambre. Fantastic staff, really helpful and welcoming, a spacious room and great value. One review referred to the location as mixed but it is near a vibrant market which I felt was a more genuine experience than the... More

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a great concept of a small number of rooms with themes from throughout the world. Stayed in Mogambo and Monsoon wedding suites with my wife and 2 daughters. Big suites with really attractive interior design. Apparently the owner of the hotel also owns an interior decorations shop. However the cross-selling of this was... More

I stayed there several nights in 2 different suites. Service, decoration, friendliness is 5 stars. Spacious room, genuinely friendly staff, efficient service. Rooms are very nicely decorated, each is different, colourful and chic. Lots of space. Cannot recommend the place enough. Sometimes tuktuk drivers do not know where it is, so better have address handy. It is a 5 min... More

We only stayed in Phnom Penh for 1 night to see the town & visit the Killing Fields and so booked a small well priced boutique hotel. Well small, the hotel is, as it only has 10 rooms but the 'suites' are absolutely enormous & gorgeous! We stayed in Casablanca which is Moroccan themed. A fabulous living dining area, huge... More

Simply elegant, modern and spacious. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Unlike many other similar priced and star rated hotels in Phnom Penh, this place was spacious with a bedroom separated from the living and office AND kitchen space. The property was stylish and well appointed, although you can see signs of poor craftsmanship. Only negative... More
