This is the best bang for your buck. We stayed here and at two other hotels in Phnom Penh (BJs House and The 252). Our room at Monument was $30 per night. BJ House was $25. The 252 was $45. I can say with utmost certainty that Monument is way better than BJ House (not even in the same category)... More
