“Average/good and not what expected from other reviews”

Everyone complaining about the stairs obviously doesn't know how houses and hotels are structured in Phnom Penh- stairs are expected, and a lift is not part of what the Monument offer and therefor should not be expected from them. “Excellent hotel!!!”

Great hotel at a reasonable price, close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, welcoming and the staff are lovely. Great having a pool and air conditioning and a fan that works well in Phnom Penhs humidity. I'd highly recommend this hotel, we are headed back there for another stay this week!
