This guesthouse located on riverfront area and not for to walk to the royal palace, many restaurants around and also restaurant in the guesthouse it was okay. This guesthouse haven't elevator and the staircase was so tiny and steep it was so tired every time I have to climb up. My room was averaged television, air-conditions, telephone, wardrobes and minibar... More

i think it's a great place for first time visitors in phnom penh since i found staff proficient in english, knowledgeable and sympathetic. they have the travel agent at the reception and i used them for a thai visa. great service - quick and cheap.the room was very basic with tv and fridge but clean and quiet.

Staff are very friendly, the location is conveniently located to the river side, the night market and backpacker area. The room is good value for the size and location and the aircon is great (a necessity) in April. No complaints.

Came her by a tuk tuk. The room was small, but late in the evening - we decided that for one night ok. Never again. Bathroom was dirty. Stairs are steep, dangerous and dirty. Food is overpriced and they charge you extra for breakfast. We complained about the noisy room and was met by an arrogant receptionist. Drinks, wine and... More

We arrived after being shown several horrible places by a tuk tuk driver late at night hungry and frustrated from traveling. We were greeted right away by lovely staff who did not push to sell like so many other places but rather asked us questions, genuinely trying to find out if they could help. They gave us the price for... More

We stayed a few nights here in a room right at the top of the hotel. The room was spartan but large with 2 double beds, a desk, TV and AC for $20 walk-in rate. There is a popular backpacker restaurant downstairs and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have some of the cheapest Beerlao in Phnom Penh, $2... More

Decent place to stop for a cold beer, a good meal and internet access... . Watch the world of Phnom Pehn pass by. Different. Inexpensive. Fast service. Comfortable. Near to the river and downtown attractions.

We've been traveling around SE Asia for months now but never have we left a hotel after one night because it was so bad. Booked a "LUXURY" which was dirty and dusty, full of bugs (cockroaches and mosquitoes). Ceiling was so low my head touched it (I'm just over 6ft) whole room smelled of cigarette smoke and drugs, curtains, shutters... More

It doesn't look like the accommodations generate great reviews, but we stopped by for some beers, lunch and to access the Internet. Pretty good for all these three things and worth a visit. Decent service & prices, cold beer and good food.

The highlight of the hotel was cheapish food and drink, with free pool. The rooms are clean and pleasant and the service is good. Only issue is the stairs may be inconvenient if good fitness isn't your forte and your room isn't below the 2nd floor.
