We stayed a few nights here in a room right at the top of the hotel. The room was spartan but large with 2 double beds, a desk, TV and AC for $20 walk-in rate. There is a popular backpacker restaurant downstairs and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have some of the cheapest Beerlao in Phnom Penh, $2... More

Decent place to stop for a cold beer, a good meal and internet access... . Watch the world of Phnom Pehn pass by. Different. Inexpensive. Fast service. Comfortable. Near to the river and downtown attractions.

We've been traveling around SE Asia for months now but never have we left a hotel after one night because it was so bad. Booked a "LUXURY" which was dirty and dusty, full of bugs (cockroaches and mosquitoes). Ceiling was so low my head touched it (I'm just over 6ft) whole room smelled of cigarette smoke and drugs, curtains, shutters... More

It doesn't look like the accommodations generate great reviews, but we stopped by for some beers, lunch and to access the Internet. Pretty good for all these three things and worth a visit. Decent service & prices, cold beer and good food.

The highlight of the hotel was cheapish food and drink, with free pool. The rooms are clean and pleasant and the service is good. Only issue is the stairs may be inconvenient if good fitness isn't your forte and your room isn't below the 2nd floor.

The hotel was recommended by a tuktuk driver that drove us from the Airport. We only spend few hours in the hotel as we are taking night bus to Siem Reap and the boss wanted to charged us for 30 USD!!! After negotiation, they charged us 15 USD which is also very expensive for the hotel room. We need to... More

Booked this place in the hope of getting a cheap place to stay which included breakfast, as advertised by hostelworld.com. We got there, were made to pay upfront, only to be told breakfast was not included. Looking at other reviews, we found other people had had similar issues more than two years ago. Their excuse was that they had contacted... More

The pictures outside the Angkor Mithona on the advertising look great, I would have liked to have stayed at that hotel. Instead I got my room. More of a bunker, really, the ceiling was only a couple of inches above my head. Facilities were basic, the aircon although a little emphysemic kept the room cool, there was a sink for... More

Eating at Angkor Mithona was not enjoyable. I ordered a tuna baguette with lettuce and tomato with fries. Unfortunately the tuna was mixed with onion, a lot plus a slice, over kill. I told the waiter that in the description there was no onion as I would have ordered without. He took it away and brought it back, this time... More
