After our first choice accommodation was full, we decided to stay here as it was near to a location where we were going on a tour. We booked for two nights, at a rate of $25 a night, far higher than it deserved. The air con didn't work, and the staff had to be asked repeatedly to fix it, at... More

Booked by accident for hotel 9. So be careful when booking if this isn't the place your wanting. On arrival they had put me on the top floor at the very end of the corridor in a tiny room with a window that looked at a brick wall so no natural light at all, was also across from laundry/cleaning room... Were that the bar was very trendy as was the roof top pool (couldn't really call it a jacuzzi!). But our first room wasn't made up (we'd walked up 5 flights of stairs with our bags!), and the room that we did have was tiny. No fridge and dirty sheets. The shower leaked. We couldn't get in our room the... More

Booked by accident based on trip advisor reviews for "hotel 9". Tiny room, dirty sheets, average to poor customer service. Only stayed here while in PP so can't fully compare it but wouldn't stay here again. Tried to get my sheets changed as they were either dirty or stained and although they said they would do it the next day... More

This place is a great little hotel. I stayed here a few times now and each time I realise how cool it is and why have I bothered staying in similar places that are not as good as this. The rooms have always been clean and functional, good air con, TV etc. Great value for money as far as the... More

Beautiful, smart and spotless rooms. Good prices. Great location - just a walking distance of the Royal Palace. There is a modern bar-restaurant and rooftop jacuzzi. Highly recommended - don't miss it out!!!

This is an excellent value for money hotel with lovely staff just waiting to serve you with their big happy smiles. The cleaning staff are full of smiles too. You just put the sign on your door when you go out and when you come back your room is nice and clean. They cook traditional Khmer food and there are... More

We spent a long time making random stop offs at guest houses by tuk tuk of this area late at night and not getting anywhere. We found that the quality was very low and not worth the prices that they were asking. We finally met somebody that recommended Number 9. This is located on a typical dusty street, but soon... More

Stayed at number 9 a few times over the past 2 years and the quality has slowly gone down hill. Also the availability of the single rooms seems like a price puller as they never seem available when you inquire !!, but overall still a decent hotel at a decent price.. And you feel that you and your belongings are... More

This hotel is not top notch but you shouldn't expect it to be for the price really. It is great value for money and doesn't look bad either. The staff are pretty friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay there and if I could I would rate this hotel somewhere between average and very good (probably good). The location was... More
