“Arriving downstairs, the bar and restaurant looked good and the staff were friendly. Our windowless room however, had stained sheets, the aircon was ineffectual, noisy and illuminated, which meant the room was never dark and our private bathroom smelt of sewerage. We asked the staff for a different room but they were booked up. The sheets were changed on request,... More

We booked online coming from seim reap and got the 'sunday' room It was a double deluxe and was great with huge windows and a large balcony with a table and chairs. The only drawback is the three story climb but the view of 130 street was worth it. I don't understand a previous reviewer who thought the staff were... More

It's a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal if coming from the Mekong Delta and is beside loads of bars and restaurants. We stayed in the Thursday room and found it stank of smoke. So much so that we had to burn incense. So if you are getting a room here make sure it has a window as ours... More

It is difficult to write this review- but I will be objective. The rooms are suitably priced, and are cleaned daily. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the central market and about a 3-5 minute walk to the river. Only problem is one creepy staff member who asked to 'borrow' my girlfriends phone as his phone had... More

Sary's guest house is the perfect spot to stay in Phnom Pehn. It's centrally located almost directly between several tourist points of interest. It's a three minute walk to the water front full of restaurants and other attractions. Sary is can often be found sitting at the bar chatting with his patrons. Very personable and friendly, he's an honest guy... More

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. great staff and super service. I don't know what the other guests put bad reviews as I am the worst when it come to service and customer service as it is my background. I didn't have one problem with Sary and his staff. Sary and his staff are a wealth of knowledge and... More

Have stayed in PP more than ten times usually at California 2 or City Centre Hotel. Thought I'd try somewhere different and this had good reviews. I booked thru Booking.com four hours before arrival and informed by email that I had broken hip, knee and leg and required a low floor. I'm on a walking stick and can't climb stairs... More

It was terrible from the beginning to the end. They changed us before our arrivel, the staff is arrogant, the hotel closes after midnight until 6:30am, internet doesn't work properly, we spent 15minutes waiting them to find the keys of our room when we checked inn, the walls in the 2nd and 3th floor are painted with agressif words, the... I stayed here for 4 nights passing through PP. Great location - close to the riverside, but my room was very quiet at night. The room was excellent quality - the nicest place I stayed in Cambodia in 5 months. The staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The bar is a relaxed place to hang out. I'll stay here on... More
