I went back last night and the electricity was switched off. I had to walk down three floors to discover they had switched it off in reception. This meant that food, water, and a soya drink in the fridge had not been refrigerated. Back up three floors in the room I saw there was no TV remote control. I went... More

Stumbled upon this place and pretty glad we did. We only paid 15/night with ac and window, must be low season prices. The room was a bit old but the bed was decent and clean sheets and pillows. Just an average budget hotel. What made it for us was the friendly lady that runs the place. It really makes all... More

We've stayed in budget places across SE Asia and this was by far the worst. We checked out after the first night even though we paid for three... Just felt unsafe and it was filthy. They refused to move us to a room with a window even though that is what we paid for. The room was very damp and... More

Spent 2 nights here with no complaints. Room had fan and air con both worked well as did hot water. Service was friendly without being pushy. Would. Recommend for budget Traveller. Close to many markets, restaurants and river

The staff speak English very well and are friendly. Its near a market and the river, so the location is great. The prices in low season were much lower than listed on trip advisor. It's a simple place, but the service is great and there's a good rooftop furniture set for hanging out.

An excellent alternative to a hostal! Excelent value for money, 5 min to the Central Market, River and Royal Palace. Plus, local market across the street with tons of food options at your doors step. Free WiFi. Good aircon :) Being a couple this place was a much better alternative, same price than paying for 2 beds in an overcrowded... More

This a lovely little hotel on 110th Street, I'd describe it more like a guest house. Rooms come with attached bathroom, A/C, Fan, TV, fridge, and WI-FI. The staff are lovely, and will do anything to help you. Theres a pc in reception which is free to use. Theres a restaurant attached for those early morning cups of coffee!

Lovely budget hotel. Book early to get a room on a lower floor as there is no lift and it was 6 flights of stairs up to our room. However no complaints about that as its to be expected at many guesthouses and we booked last minute. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had a big fridge... More

Whilst not of outstanding class in this type of hotel, it was very good: aircon worked (no banging on the table needed to get the thing working), really good wireless internet (didn't fail at all and quick) and friendly staff. Breakfast around the corner in their own 'restaurant' and that is why it ends up very good and not excellent:... More
