Quite a simple hotel with good service. The staff are quite helpful. Location is great. A few minutes walk and you're at the National Museum and the Royal Palace. This area is also near a lot of restaurants along the riverside.

I did a tour and the tour company put us into this hotel. It was a really good location to get to the city centre, river, palace but the rooms were pretty average due to the bathrooms. It was clean but Our hot water didn't work properly, and the shower head was basically over the toilet. The staff were very... More

I stayed here for two nights in room 605. Firstly I have to warn people that there are no lifts in this traditional guesthouse so if you are on the sixth floor be prepared for one heck on a walk up. But when you get there it is worth it. We were pleased to find a stunning view of the... More

I found the hotel to be perfect for my stay. The room (301) was spacious and next to a verandah overlooking the quiet lane way below. The hotel is on a laneway rather than facing the 178th road and that makes it quieter as well. I found the staff were nice and always obliging and the tuktuk driver i organised... More

Spacious rooms and huge beds, are cleaned every day along with its quiet location make this guest house perfect for both back packer and tourist alike. Restaurants and bars are within close proximity. Owner and friendly staff will go out of their way to ensure each guest experiences the unique hospitality Cambodia has to offer.

After reading many negative reviews . I was not that ready to stay in this guesthouse but again I said to myself " I will just go to this guesthouse and see if I don't like it , I''ll leave". And when I came here I loved this place. I don't see any negative aspect of this place. The rooms... More

We recently stayed at Nawin at the start of a month holiday in Cambodia, and ended up going back again at the end of the trip as we liked it so much. Nawin is great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms, a hot shower (particularly appreciated after a month of this being a rarity), aircon and a fan... More

At the end is the day Nawin is great value for money. If, like us, you are on a budget and only splashing out occasionally then this hotel is perfect. Although only an average rating we would book again due to price. Pros: 1. Excellent value. Rooms are basic but clean and have a fan & aircon. Although some rooms... More

It's okay if you are travelling on a budget. Rooms are basic, on the small side and the shower is over the toilet which I'm not a fan of. There's not even a shower screen so you end up wetting the whole bathroom floor. Some staff are helpful but others are just useless. I stayed in a room downstairs next... More
