Nawin was a nice cheap hotel, it had good balconies and the place has a very private vibe to it. It is located in a nice quite alley way that is a shot walking distance from all the bars and pubs of riverside. There were always tuk tuks waiting out side and the staff were very helpfull. The only downside... More

We stayed here twice with a tour group. I imagine you get what you pay for, however a couple of points to think about. The beds are rock hard. Air con didn't work which they didn't seem to want to do anything about. Stay on level 2 if you can as there no lift and stairs are very steep while... More

We went here with a tour, so I didn't do the research I'd normally do into hotel options at the same price point... Stayed on two separate occasions, and our aircon worked poorly on the first night. We probably should've changed rooms, but we didn't know if the aircon would be any better elsewhere. On the second night, our aircon... More

Watch out for the scamming monks..... it is a great place to stay very central and opposite the palace so you couldnt ask for a better location. There was only one downside to the place, it has six floors and no lift!! but the staff are there to take your cases so no worries on that department.. No issues!!

We were taken here by a tuk tuk driver. This was the third place we had looked at. After a quick scan of the room we decided to take it as we were exhausted from a long day travelling from Vietnam. We payed $21 usd and wasn't even worth that. The place felt u clean and ants everywhere. Can deal... More

Spent a week here in early March and had no real issues with the hotel. It was clean, centrally-located, and quite comfortable. The hotel has six floors and as noted by other reviewers, no lift. I was on the third floor, so this wasn't really a problem. The people at the front desk were able to obtain for me a... More

Not a bad location however being on the 6th floor with no elevator is a workout even for a fit man like myself. Get a room on a low level if you can and be prepared to be heckled for a tuk tuk as soon as you leave the room. Apart from that it's a nice place.
