Myself and my boyfriend checked into this hotel for our 2 night stay in Phnom Penh. We were greeted at the door by staff that took our luggage for us and then gave us a welcome drink and cold towel, a good start. The receptionist was lovely and then another member of staff took us to our room and showed... More

Location of the hotel is quite accessible, near the royal palace and a street full of restaurants. Their staff was great, I needed to iron my shirt asap for a meeting as soon as I arrived the hotel and they were swift in helping to handle and didn't even charge me (supposedly there is a charge to ironing clothes). Room... More

A friend told me this hotel and I stayed there overnight. It was modern and clean, especially it's safe because you even need the key to use the lift. There were two swimming pools, but more for decoration. Room was alsosmall. But for myself it's just enough. Anyway, it is a nice place. Walking from there to ROyal Palace only... More

On arriving at Street 258 it appeared to be an uninspiring typical backstreet that could not be home to a 4 star boutique hotel. However, amidst the restaurants, guest houses and street traders was the surprisingly well designed modern facade of the "King Grand". After a welcoming drink we were shown to our fairly spacious room which had a modern... More

Selected this hotel based on reviews but must admit felt a little let down. It wasn't as good as we hoped. Staff were friendly but seemed a little restrained. Got the feeling they weren't happy being there, as there were constant little "chats in the corner". The breakfast was very limited, and its the first time ever I've seen that... More

Spent here 1 night only, waiting for my flight to Phuket, totally liked it. Excellent service and very helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like - several drunk people screaming across the hall all night.

Though it looked like a tacky from the outside, it was a nice - optimally priced and excellent location. Theres everything you might need in the vicinity. Yet its not noisy. Except for saturday afternoons when they have a weekend 'party' at the fountain across the street from 5pm- 8pm All your tourist attractions are just a 10 min walk... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, we had contacted the hotel in advance and they arranged a pick up from the airport $15 as it was the new year. The reception area is nice and clean, our room was 406. It had windows but no view. The room was lovely, nice and clean with TV, fridge. We had one major... More

Being several times there i recommend this friendly and very central located Boutique Hotel. Ask for a room to Face the Fountain Square and you're on the right side! The noise spot is on the other side (Building activities!) Good Price, Clean, Friendly Staff. Thumbs up and if it is PP again this is my Spot.
