I love this place. It's tucked away down an alleyway behind the royal palace. It is so clean, tidy and quiet. The staff are gorgeous and more than helpful, nothing is too hard. The location is great and there is a lot to see and do in the area. Really well priced and the rooms are spacious. Their tuk tuk... More

Hidden gem for the budget conscious After spending almost a week in Phnom Penh and Sokha beach staying at 4 and 5 star hotels, on my last day in Phnom Penh, I decided in advance to try the Frangipani royal palace hotel for an over night stay before going to the airport . However, priror to my trip, I was... More

The receptionist was the friendliest person and he was very attentive and detailed. He ensured we were comfortable and provided useful tip on where to visit in Phnom Penh. He recommended the best tuk tuk driver which is linked to the hotel. The tuk tuk driver provided us the best experience of our lives. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

I shared the room with a female friend, but due to communication problems, they provided us with a queen sized bed instead of separate twin beds. Although the interior was great and comfortable for a boutique hotel, the bathroom only had a curtain for its door. this meant that I had to tell my friend who is in the shower... More

This was our first trip to Phnom Penh and we had jet lag! The Fine Arts was a bit difficult to find for our driver as the sign is small and hidden. Once we got there though everything was great. It is a hidden gem- close to the National Museum, Royal Palace, etc. We had comfortable and affordable rooms, great... More

You could easily miss the entrance to this hotel. There is a small, modest sign hanging over the entrance to a laneway that takes you to the entrance and reception area. There is a nice garden courtyard with fishpond and bar area where meals are served. It is within easy walking distance of the riverfront, and there were always tuktuks... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Visitors need to realise they are in another country that is developing. The staff here are bought in from the provinces to learn the skills in running a hotel. They do well and love to practice their English on you. The other side is they will help you with your Khmer. Breakfast has to be... More

quiet dining area with Koi Fish Pond. This hotel is a little gem tucked away from the street down a short alley. The fact that you can step outside and walk to many of the main attractions and shops is a big plus. The breakfast is nice and you have a few choices so if you are staying a few... More

We just got back from our stat in PP. The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and they even let us order a full breakfast for our toddler. The staff was great and helped recommended different restaurants and arrange taxis. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Hotel and friendly waiting staff. Breakfast is just nice, not buffet but a la carte , delicious though limited choices. I love the noodles. superb. wifii is strong and good enough for normal surfing and usage with no massive downloading . might be a little slo then. Only setback, hotel a/c is not cold and limited convenient stores bside... More
