I was expecting a budget accommodation experience but this hotel was really wonderful. The staff and service were exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. And little touches like bottled water and fantastic air conditioning were very much appreciated. No pool on site but a quick tuk tuk ride or walk down to the Frangipani Royal Palace hotel and... It's been one and a half years since my last review. Taxi drivers have still difficulties to find the hotel as there is no sign posted. The entrance is uninviting and leads into a backyard. I was charged for a suite room USD 50.-. I couldn't explain what would justify the room as a suite. The room was clean, with... More

The entrance to the hotel is small, so it's quite easy to miss. The service is great, spacious rooms, and the breakfast was quite good too. The English of the staff isn't the best but they are always ready to help. They have their own tuktuk driver to take you to the airport, so that's a plus. Location isn't too... More

Everything is good except that when we were there , we were awaken by construction noise at 8am from next door . Also the negatives are the hotel entrance is not obvious from the street, we hv to enter an alley , as well as the bathtub was a concrete granite which was inconvenient to climb in. The hotel manager... More

The service was wonderful and warm, offered us cold fruit juice upon arrival! We had a really big room on the ground floor with a super comfortable couch. Hotel was quiet and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was surprisingly good too! At such prices it's really a steal.

We stayed at the Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel for 4 nights, the staff were amazing, chatty, friendly and smiley. When the restaurant was closed they went out and got us something to eat. Location was great and their own Tuk Tuk drivers were excellent The room was big with a balcony and comfortable, air con was reliable, showers fine when... More

We stayed for a night. Location is perfect, a short walk to the stretch of restaurants along the river. Central market is nearby - only US$2 tuk tuk ride. Our only problem was that the mattress wasn't too comfortable. We were on the ground floor and they had small narrow windows near the ceiling facing the corridor so it was... More

This is a great value hotel, with wonderful staff. Hidden away down an alley way, it's a very quiet place, but still in the thick of things - with the waterfront, museum, and many bars and restaurants within minutes' walk. My room was large, clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. What really made this hotel, however, were the staff -... More

I stayed at Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel for 2 nights during my short stay in Phnom Penh. It is located conveniently to the attractions, the riverfront, the shopping areas. I hardly used a Tuktuk as I could walk everywhere. I was very impressed with the interior design of the room. It is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. However, the room... More
