Stayed for couple of times at this hotel. It's an old structure or made it like that I guess. Rooms are spacious, done up in a traditional style. There is nothing fancy in the rooms but that's the beauty. The canned furnishings give tradition and antique feel. Food was ok. Didn't try much actually. Best part of the hotel is... More

i really love this hotel. Both staff of front desk, services, bar..... are all outstanding. The room is quite good with balcony. Even if it's a bit hidden from eye (with too small signboard), but you will find it's the best quiet place ever which allow you to feel you're enjoying your sleeping night. This hotel is highly and officially... More

Yes, every minute or two, your toilet pipe noisily drained and water tank noisily filled in whenever other neighbouring rooms and up and down flushed theirs. Perhaps my room serves all other rooms in this small hotel. And, due to concrete floor, footsteps, noisy cane bed and dragging chairs from your ceiling is also a kind of nightmare. A good... More

We enjoyed our stay at the sister hotel in Siem Reap so much we decided to stay at the Frangipani hotel in Phnom Penh too. We were upgraded to staying here as there was a problem with our room at Frangipani villa 60s. Our twin room here was just gorgous and a decent size - 2 big comfy beds, really... More

Don't get me wrong the hotel is nice with the art and all. The staff were friendly and helpful. They speak English and have high respect for the guests. They have a welcome drink when we were waiting to get checked in. The hotel doesn't have a big sign at the entrance so we did end up going up and... More

Lovely little boutique place, very rustic with the bare concrete walls. loved the fact the rooms were all individually designed. I had an issue with hot water so I hope that got rectified. Reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was spot on in a lovely setting. great location and easy to walk to the river and palace. tuk-tuks are... More

Stayed in this hotel with a friend of mine. We stayed for two nights. The hotel is in a great location close to transport, main sights and great restaurants and shopping areas. I found the staff to be helpful but not to go out of their way. We had an issue with the breakfast. We were told that breakfast finished... More

Lovely hotel. Hidden in a niche between the buildings of a noisy art street that's busy 24/7. We were very surprised by the ambiance, facilities and the services provided by the hotel. The breakfast was included, and had a reasonable menu. The room itself was pretty open plan, with only a curtain separating the bed and the bathtub, but it... More

The hotel is situated strategically in the middle of city where you cam basically walk to the nearby tourist attractions. Rooms come with lovely design and it is spacious too. Air conditioning is kinda disappointing, and the breakfast is not great either.

We got bumped from our original hotel, the frangipani living arts hotel, as they were overbooked. But despite missing out on the rooftop pool and bar at its sister hotel, and being separated from most of our group, this one was in a far better location. A short three block walk to the palace and FCC on the riverfront, and... More
