Lovely hotel. Hidden in a niche between the buildings of a noisy art street that's busy 24/7. We were very surprised by the ambiance, facilities and the services provided by the hotel. The breakfast was included, and had a reasonable menu. The room itself was pretty open plan, with only a curtain separating the bed and the bathtub, but it... More

The hotel is situated strategically in the middle of city where you cam basically walk to the nearby tourist attractions. Rooms come with lovely design and it is spacious too. Air conditioning is kinda disappointing, and the breakfast is not great either.

We got bumped from our original hotel, the frangipani living arts hotel, as they were overbooked. But despite missing out on the rooftop pool and bar at its sister hotel, and being separated from most of our group, this one was in a far better location. A short three block walk to the palace and FCC on the riverfront, and... More

First the positive; The location is great and the staff are truly kind. The bar on the roof has great views. Now to the negative: I have never stayed in a hotel, where I felt that someone affirmatively decided to make the interior of the hotel's common areas and the actual rooms as ugly as possible. After a few days... More

This was my first hotel experience in Cambodia and it was a pleasant one. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean if a but run-down, and the air conditioning worked well. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet; plenty of good-tasting choices with a Cambodian twist. The only downside was the elevators; there were two serving separated parts of... More

Beautiful rooms in a great location. However it is rather a case of style over substance. The air conditioning is inadequate, there were insufficient plug sockets in accessible places so hair drying was a trial especially whilst sweating to death from the poor air con. The safe was broken on arrival and we were told tough luck. We had to... More

The hotel staff is very pleasant n helpful especially Ms. Phein Vida. We would definitely recommend to our friends. It's a small hotel but cosy n hv a quiet n calm atmosphere. The only downside is some mosquitoes at night.

As soon as you enter you realise that this hotel is different from standard ones that you in the middle of a city. The difference is mainly in terms how the hotel room is presented to you - it is simple yet elegant and functioning. The staff is friendly and helping. The complimentary breakfast is monotonous - the hotel should... More

First impressions were it was nice and tucked away down some small streets, go inside and its fantastic. The pricing for the deluxe rooms are so affordable & the views from the rooftop overlook the whole city! the rooftop pool is more of a novelty, something to lounge around in, but the main pool downstairs is excellent. Only a 5... More
