We stayed three nights at the Willow Boutique having chosen it for it's price, location and quirkiness. This hotel is not at all bad. The reception area is a great place to sit and the staff are excellent and friendly. The Australian owner and the Kyhmer staff were efficient, helpful and professional and we cannot fault that. What was not... More

Dear Nandy, Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the service here. The rooms are very large rooms, almost double the size the usual size of a standard Hotel room, so it may look a little sparse. I am not a 'clutter person' and prefer to keep lines clean. A personal choice... More

The Willow is a little friendly oasis in central Phnom Penh. Run by an Australian-Cambodian couple, and staffed by their family and other locals, Willow is a perfect balance of style and comfort whilst also being small and friendly. The location is excellent- off the gaudy tourist strip but still central and close to everything you need. Architecturally it was... More

I thought this was a gem -- I've stayed in other places on previous visits, but this was the only hotel to which I'd gladly return. It's relaxing, clean, and friendly but not obtrusive, with (IMHO) the best daily food I encountered in PP -- light, highly tasty, not salty or sugary or overloaded with spices/oils, and presented well in... The hotel room was of a good standard but was a favorite for Mosquitos also! The tuk tuk drivers outside were helpful and dint try and rip us off! It's close to some high end restaurants and a short drive from the Royal Palace and other sights! Overall a good boutique hotel but they would do well to improve the... More

We stayed two nights at the Willow and would highly recommend it if you are a tourist who doesn't want to stay on the main tourist strip by the river. We had a large room for the three of us whic was light and airy in the daytime - though because if the extra bed the main bed didn't get... More

Friendly people, spotlessly clean, well-appointed large rooms with plenty of hanging space and hanging out space. The old French colonial architecture is so suited to the tropics, with its iron-grille gates and tiled café/garden. Beyond, the hotel's welcoming lounge and foyer is stylish and comfortable. A cool haven after a market adventure and a tuk tuk ride through the city.... More

We bumped into The Willow after our unexpected longer stay in Phnom Penh due to visa problems at the Vietnamese border. Very pleasant boutique hotel with a great family room in an old colonial building. Room was spacious with a nice bathroom and even a sitting area with TV. Owner and staff very friendly, good breakfast (choice between Khmer and... More

We stayed for three nights at the Willow. The guys at reception were amazing, booked us a number of tours and restaurants. The patio garden is relaxing and a great escape from the city in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Willow Boutique is small hotel near independence monuments. Arriving in the middlen of an obviously amusing and fun trivia night set the atmosphere for our stay, the hotel is fusion of Australian and Cambodian culture with friendly staff, lovely setting and spacious rooms. Upon check in the procedure was laid back, guests are not overloaded with information, but upon... More

A wonderful place with gentle energy and very cool managers/operators. Wonderful staff. Plenty of health juices and some rooms with 4 poster beds. Close to everything and an amazing groovy building. Fantastic spot all round. Enjoy!!!
