A wonderful place with gentle energy and very cool managers/operators. Wonderful staff. Plenty of health juices and some rooms with 4 poster beds. Close to everything and an amazing groovy building. Fantastic spot all round. Enjoy!!!

After experiencing very simple accommodation for a period of several months whilst in Cambodia, my stay at The Willow Boutique Hotel was wonderful. The room was large, comfortable, very clean and with nice decor. The canopy bed in the deluxe double room was so inviting and comfortable. The Willow's great location is also very hard to beat.

The Willow Boutique Hotel was my home away from home for five or six weeks in October and November this year. The rooms are absolutely wonderful with super comfortable beds, plenty of space and both a ceiling fan and air-con to keep you cool. I'd always look forward to returning to my freshly made up room at the end of... More

Fab location near to the river, Indepedence Square, Pagoda, Palace etc - all in walking distance. Beautifully decorated with a nice, shaded green reception/bar/restaurant area. Had the best ever omelette for breaktfast plus they have their own homemade pineapple jam which is to die for. I definitely recommend staying here. Great locals barbecue restaurant opposite, too!!

We stay here for 3 nights. This hotel has a very nice lobby with a bar, but the room was disappointing. No direct sun light, every other electrical plug was out of order, the bathroom sink was shaky and needed to be fixed, overall the room had seen better days and would have benefited from a bit of renovation. The... More

The Willow is just another one in a long range of recent 'boutique hotels' that keep popping up like mushrooms in Phnom Penh. All located in buildings not suitable or constructed for hotel purposes, they fall short in many of the functions and amenities one usually expects from hotels. Hence the term 'boutique', which in Cambodia has become a preemptive... More

Hi, Thanks for your review. I wish that the at the 'Buddha's' didn't offend you , as they are not Buddha's at all,They are sculptures of King Jayavarman VII (, 1125–1218)considered to be the most powerful Monarch of Cambodia. They belong to my partner( a Cambodian Buddhist) so you can be sure that we are respectful and knowledgeable in terms... More

We stayed at the Willow for a single night as we were passing through on our way to Ho Chi Minh city and just came to Pnom Penh to see a few local sights. The place is quite pleasant with a nice outside area and boasts good sandwiches. The room was fine, big enough for three people although the shower... More

We stayed for two nights at the Willow. We really enjoyed our stay. The guys at reception were amazing, booked us a number of tours and restaurants. The patio garden is relaxing and a great escape from the city in the afternoon. Walking distance to an ANZ atm. Rooms are really nice, including a bolted down safe. Only qualm was... More

We stayed a few nights here and really enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere which is run by a lovely couple. The patio garden cafe makes it an enjoyable place to enjoy a coffee and bar snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful offering to help research places for us! The breakfast is huge with a choice of Western or Asian food.... More

We absolutely loved our stay at The Willow! It is a lovely small boutique hotel with only 7 or 10 rooms I think. So intimate and beautiful. As soon as we arrived, staff greeted us by name, they upgraded us for free and thorough our stay treated us extremely well. Our room was super spacious. Personally I loved the minimalistic... More
