We stayed there a couple of nights and didn't know what to expect from Phnom Penh or this hotel for that matter. The staff were helpful, the breakfast excellent, the room big and extremely clean. All in all wonderful boutique hotel. The only down side was that it was a little further away from the Riverside etc... but the tuck... More

We stayed here for a few nights and loved it. Room was beautiful and really clean. Breakfast was delicious; excellent fruit salad and homemade pineapple jam with bread! Its not far from the centre, we mostly walked in. Its in a quieter area of P.P. Also there is a delicious BBQ restaurant just across the road!

This hotel is really lovely. Its walls and spiral staircase are designed with Cambodian teak, providing the ambience of a 1960s French colonial villa. The rooms are large with air con that works very well, the walls have built-in outlet converters, and there are a number of food and drink options at the restaurant and bar on the first floor.... We had a wonderful stay, in such a beautiful, light and airy room. Everything was just perfect for us. Breakfast, and the lunchtime food we ordered on arrival, were of the highest standard, with very generous portions, and the dining area is lovely and relaxing too. The friendly, helpful staff just completed our great stay at this very charming hotel.

We stayed at the willow for two nights. We were a bit disappointed as we expected it to be better after reading the trip advisor reviews. Overall it is a good hotel and you get what you pay for, we payed the discounted rate of about 27$ per night on agoda, I think the original price was higher than that. ... More

My husband (see review below) and I stayed here for about 2 months from March to May. It was a haven from the hustle and bustle of PP. It's a small hotel, giving it an intimate feel and it definitely felt like home for us. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable and the owner Eliza was charming and... More

Dear Katy, Thanks so much for taking the time to review The Hotel. We really enjoyed having you and your husband here ( and the occasional Friday night Martini!) One of the pleasures of having a smaller Hotel, is meeting great people like yourselves. So pleased we could make your time here happy and comfortable. Sure you are enjoying Melbourne.... More

We stayed at the Willow Hotel for about 8 weeks throughout April and May. It's in a great location close to some wonderful little restaurants and bars, as well as being a 10 / 15 minute stroll to the busier riverside on one side and Golden St area on the other. The rooms are large and clean. The menu and... More

Booked one night here before my onward trip to Kuala Lumpur and thankfully it was just the one. Very disappointing given the amount paid for a 'deluxe suite.' Upon entering the room we were greeted with stained sheets both on the bed and on the sofa. The bathroom was equally grotty.. Had I booked for more than one night I... More

Dear Darren, Thanks for taking the time to review the Hotel, I can only apologize for the marked linen, and of course, this is completely unacceptable. I now, personally do spot checks, to make sure this does not happen again. I am very diligent about the cleanliness of my Hotel,as you may see from other reviews, and unfortunately, this happened. I... More

I spent two nights at the Willow Boutique last month. The location is a quiet street just south of Independence Monument. There are two restaurants nearby but most of the street seems to be high end villas. The hotel seems to be a conversion from a French colonial villa. The rooms are very clean and spacious with plenty of light... More

It was on the second leg of my journey in Cambodia that I stayed for 5 nights at The Willow, after an initial stay at a less than adequate hotel near the over-priced river front and a busy trip up to Battambang. Coming back to the Willow was like a sigh of relief. The Willow is in a gorgeous colonial... More
