Check in was easy enough and my first room on the second floor was accessed via a metal, spiral staircase. No lift for those that need it. The room contained a four poster bed much like the photos and was clean as was the small bathroom. The only comment here is that the bathroom door would swing open and bang... More

I stayed at the Willow for almost 4 weeks on a business trip could not have made a better choice. The breakfast comes either as a light version fruit and muesli, or for the heavy working days with toast and a great omlette. Fruit drinks such as shakes and mixes are superb. Good and inexpensive food options from Lebaneese meze... More

This hotel is a little tucked in from city centre, but is still close enough yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are a bit dark, but a much larger size than normal. Clean and comfortable, with a balcony. The water pressure was a bit off, but could be overlooked. King size bed had mosquito netting... More

This hotel is a little bit away from the centre of Phnom Penh but still within walking distance of all the attractions and, if you want to go further afield (eg the killing fields) there are tuk tuks waiting at the entrance. Our room with twin beds, which was very large and pleasant, was on the ground floor next to... More

Dear Adrianne, Thank you so much for taking the time to review out hotel. The Hotel is actually smack bang in the middle of Phnom Penh. It is a 1 minute walk from Independence monument( the center of the city) and a walk through the main park (opposite the Hotel) brings you to the riverside. We have now remodeled the... More

This was our second time staying at the willow- great service at very turn and comfortable and clean bedroom and facilities. The only drawback was the water pressure in the shower was quite bad. The complimentary breakfast is great - illy coffee and homemade jams, yum!!

Would definitely recommend this place; good breakfast, room size, cleanliness, a/c, wifi...and friendly staff. Our room even had a little private patio too, didn't know when we booked. Not really perfect location for most sights but not bad either, esp as tuk tuks are so cheap.

I could not have been happier with my time staying at the Willow! Eliza and the staff were all so welcoming and made me feel right at home! Complimentary breakfast every morning was fantastic. The Willow is in such a great location, right near Kings monument. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. The Wednesday night trivia is a must!!... More

A truly unique Hotel. This is a family run Hotel( Cambodian and Australian) and this is what is so special about it. All the staff, even the cleaners, seem so happy to be there, all chatting with each other and always happy to have a laugh with me. I have been traveling for a long period of time, through Asia, by... More

We arrived here from a hot and very long Journey from Siem Reap. We were greeted by the owner and the staff with a cold welcome drink and warm smiles. After a three night stay here, we wished we had longer! The room we had was enormous and the most comfortable bed we had slept in in Cambodia. The decor... More

A wonderful small boutique hotel in the traditional Cambodian style. The entryway/courtyard is very pleasant and a great place to start the day with breakfast or finish the day with a cold Angkor beer! The staff is very gracious and open and always available with a smile!
