The best thing was the pool, always the sun and pretty deep. Hotel rooms were grotty and had a very third world feel to them. Shower just beside the toilet with no curtain so everything gets wet. Pretty small basic rooms with safe and just what you need. Staff was ok, not overly friendly but did their job and tried... More

I had a wonderful experience in Phnom Penh plus staying in this hotel makes it more perfect. The staff were amazing especially the guy on the website he's handsome in person, very attentive guy and easy to talk with. The room was big though the bed was a bit hard but still its comfy plus it has balcony and the... More

We would definately stay here again. Great central location and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and bars and waking distance to river and royal palace. Pool was an added bonus. Our room was the best we stayed in in Cambodia.

the location is very good. quiet street and a 5min walk to royal palace or riverfront. the rooms are very clean and have a good size. there is no lift and the staff did not help us with our luggage into the 5th floor. bathroom is also clean and good. however is some rooms, you have a tub and you... I was staying in this hotel the time to get the expor tpermit to take back my cat to Europ. I went out out and when I came back I found dirty traces on the ground of the room (after investigation it's shoes polish like the hotel staff uses). I had with me just enough to go out and I... More

The room we booked was not available and the first room they gave us on the 5th floor (no lift) was dirty and the door lock was broken. We refused this room so they upgraded us to a "vip" room! Not much better than standard rooms. Water pressure was terrible and not that clean. I asked them to change the... More

Very basic rooms with a very stale smell. Shower took approx 10 mins to heat up, no lifts, room wasn't cleaned during our stay. When we asked for fresh towels, were told "sorry, no towels, they're all drying". Breakfast was very basic but sufficient. Excellent location, close to riverside. Wifi didn't work in room, only in public areas.

Great location if you want to be near the palace and the riverfront. Bit soulless but the staff were friendly and helpful. There are some v interesting Khmer restaurants on the street (think frog BBQ) and is close to less exotic cuisine restaurants too. Pool is great after a hot day in the city or museums. Breakfast is included but... More

We stayed in a couple of different places in Phnom Penh before this one, and this was by far the best! The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and MASSIVE :D We had a balcony also which is a massive plus especially in this area on a budget! The pool area is lovely, not many places to sit but also seems... More

location right behind the Royal palace, about 3 blocks to river. It does have a nice pool. Other than that not much Good to say. Mold in bathroom, no hot water at sink, it takes forever to get hot water in shower. No shower curtain or bath mat. Walls are dirty, need to be cleaned and painted, everywhere, not just... More
