The room we booked was not available and the first room they gave us on the 5th floor (no lift) was dirty and the door lock was broken. We refused this room so they upgraded us to a "vip" room! Not much better than standard rooms. Water pressure was terrible and not that clean. I asked them to change the... More

Very basic rooms with a very stale smell. Shower took approx 10 mins to heat up, no lifts, room wasn't cleaned during our stay. When we asked for fresh towels, were told "sorry, no towels, they're all drying". Breakfast was very basic but sufficient. Excellent location, close to riverside. Wifi didn't work in room, only in public areas.

Great location if you want to be near the palace and the riverfront. Bit soulless but the staff were friendly and helpful. There are some v interesting Khmer restaurants on the street (think frog BBQ) and is close to less exotic cuisine restaurants too. Pool is great after a hot day in the city or museums. Breakfast is included but... More

We stayed in a couple of different places in Phnom Penh before this one, and this was by far the best! The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and MASSIVE :D We had a balcony also which is a massive plus especially in this area on a budget! The pool area is lovely, not many places to sit but also seems... More

location right behind the Royal palace, about 3 blocks to river. It does have a nice pool. Other than that not much Good to say. Mold in bathroom, no hot water at sink, it takes forever to get hot water in shower. No shower curtain or bath mat. Walls are dirty, need to be cleaned and painted, everywhere, not just... More

I found G Eleven excellent value for money, clean and most importantly it's in a great central location, easy walking distance from the Royal Palace and river front. The bed was the most comfortable of my entire 3 week trip and the swimming pool was a nice luxury after a long and busy day sightseeing. The breakfast prevents a 5... More

You can just walk to the Royal Palace and national museum from here. Also the best restaurant area is only one quarter from the hotel. The river is close so the air is so much better than in the middle of the city. Swimming pool is really good in this heat. No elevator so do not choose this if you... More

I would give this hotel a so-so rating. It is very centrally located and has a nice pool on the 3rd floor. The bed was also very large and comfortable. The breakfast was substandard (two pieces of toast and eggs as you like), and the bathroom needed some upgrading. I am sure that there must be better value available.

The location of the hotel is excellent: in the middle of the city centre. The swimming pool is a nice addition for a hotel in this price range and it is open until 9.30pm. The room was perfectly clean and the airco worked good. Wi-Fi is not available in all areas of the hotel: the signal was only reliable in... More

Location of the hotel is good. Near Royal Palace and National Museum. We also walked the riverfront and to street 51 from the hotel. Room was large with a nice balcony. Air con was good as was the shower (after a little adjusting from reception) Tuk tuk drivers around the city had no trouble finding the hotel, we paid $2... More
