My partner and I visited Phnom Penh in August 2015 and booked Villa Srey for the duration of our stay. On arrival the surrounding roads were packed tight with vehicles as it was the end of school. We ended up paying or taxi driver and walking the short distance around the corner. On entering the hotel grounds it was difficult... More

Stayed here for 2 nights during a short stay in phnom penh. It was a little different from what we were expecting when we booked but had no real issues with the room, the air-conditioning was a little ineffective as the room was quite big but it was still possible to sleep. Our bathroom was also a rather small. There... More

This place looked really nice but sadly we didn't get beyond reception. We were told they had AC problems with our room. They were very good at finding somewhere else but when we went back the next day the room had another family in it. May have been unlucky? Good location.

I have just stayed here for a week and enjoyed my stay very much. The location in the smart BBK1 area of Phnom Penh is nice but too far to walk into the centre of town more than occasionally. However, a tuk tuk is usually parked in the road outside which will take you into town for $2-3. I took... More

Perfect spot, easy walk to most main areas of Phnom Penh. Quiet street between 2 major arterial roads, friendly and welcoming staff, very helpful in organising anything you may need. Pool area while small, still does the job, weather it's a relaxing bathe or working on that tan. Rooms cleaned daily, spacious and comfortable. TV, DVD player, air con and... More

I've been staying here for two nights. I would rather say this is a bit ran down guesthouse than a Boutique Hotel. It was clean, but badly in need of some remodeling. My room had two windows, but I couldn't open the curtains without having my neighbours watching me, so it was very dark. The furniture is something you would... More

Dear Sir, This comment came to a surprise for us. We recall checking on you regularly to ensure everything was to your satisfaction, and you had not made any remarks then. Villa Srey is an atypical accommodation, a small cottage-like hotel in the center of the city, with a swimming pool, for a very reasonable rate. As such, it would... More

This boutique hotel was recommended by friends. I arrived on this tranquil street after going through the traffic of Phnom Penh, very relieved. There is a nice courtyard just past the gate, with a quite small pool. The latter is really just for cooling down and relaxing on the sunbeds. I had a room on the ground floor. Quite spacious,... The chek-in was a bit slow. The staff however was friendly and helpful. The villa is an old house fairly restructured. We had a family room large and clean. There was a TV and a mosquitoes net. The breakfast was poor the only food they had were eggs, baguette, orange juice and jam. There was a small swimming pool. The location... More
