This boutique hotel was recommended by friends. I arrived on this tranquil street after going through the traffic of Phnom Penh, very relieved. There is a nice courtyard just past the gate, with a quite small pool. The latter is really just for cooling down and relaxing on the sunbeds. I had a room on the ground floor. Quite spacious,... The chek-in was a bit slow. The staff however was friendly and helpful. The villa is an old house fairly restructured. We had a family room large and clean. There was a TV and a mosquitoes net. The breakfast was poor the only food they had were eggs, baguette, orange juice and jam. There was a small swimming pool. The location... More

With spend 2 nice night at Villa Srey is a small and cut hotel with nice staff. Good location close to many kind of restaurant. Walking distance to grand palace or Russian market. And for Phnom Penh a small quiet street for a good sleep.

On my wife and I's last trip to Cambodia, we stumbled upon this cute hotel, while looking for a coffee shop. After coffee, we decided to change hotel, as this place was a nice romantic and discreet cottage in the middle of the city. And this is what we got… At some point we though to be alone in the... Srey Villa was recommended by colleagues who work at an NGO nearby, and I can easily see why. A very small guesthouse, the staff was most hospitable, the rooms were clean and nice (with some style too), the pool was small but relaxing and cute, and the location was in a great neighborhood that is easy walking distance to the... Stayed here in October 2011. Rooms very small, poorly furnished and the DVD was still not available. Also forgot the breakfast on the last day before we travelled to Siem Reap as they were having their break. Eureeka Villa's a much better and cheaper option.

I was strongly considering booking this hotel for some guests visiting Phnom Penh next week but after reading some of the other reviews on TA I decided to stop in to check the place out. I was TOTALLY underwhelmed. Honestly there is not a single worse option in this niche "Boutique" market. The rooms appear to have been pieced together... More
