Great location in the heart of the local bar scene. The price is perfect at 20 bucks the rooms are clean and quiet and the staff are pleasant and helpful, tuk tuk drivers outside can be a bit annoying but that comes with the territory.

Accross the street from an all night boom box and popular entertainment area, NaNa Hotel is an inexpensive, well located and westerner friendly choice to stay while in Phnom Penh. You can easily walk to river front and enjoy the sunset. Stop along the way at the National museum. Walking north one can reach the iconic Wat Phnom, where there... More

A solid price-performer with a good mid-town location, the NaNa, at $20 for a couple, calls me back, after a 2-year absence in PP. However, the place has surely been widely used but not so widely and well kept up. While the mattresses are great, the rooms show obvious wear and tear. And maintenance isn't keeping up. The elevators aren't... More

My wake up call for breakfast did not happen. I missed the free breakfast that is normally $3.50 and my bus to Siem Reap. The manager offered me a free cup of coffee and some chicken fried rice as compensation. This seemed decent enough so I stayed another day. The next day at breakfast the manager tried to charge me... I'm staying at this hotel for 12 days. Found some small cockcoach at the hotel room and the toilet curtain dirty and not even changing for the 12 days of my staying. When they come for room services, they just change the mineral water and clear the rubbish. The breakfast provided everyday are the same and lack of choice. Not... More

I stayed in this hotel last month, I met hotel manager Mr. Samnang he was nice guy. The hotel room was nice, but receptionist was so slow when I called to request some extra pillows for my family. Any way, Just comments only are not complain. Hotel should train the staff properly, and teach them how to serve guest. I... More

The first room they put me in was all the way across the other side of the hotel on the "b" side which was too far away from the lifts, you had to walk to the end of the corridor and out an extended balcony area to another corridor full of rooms. I don't know why they did this because... More

I stayed here last time I was in Phnom Penh because the price was good for the room, I liked the location near the central market, and because the staff were actually nice and the breakfast decent. But this now feels like a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. While the lady at the reception did give... More

The hotel looks good from the outside and the room also neat and well sized but the cockroaches come out to play. After quietly mentioning the issue they said they would spray the room. But upon our return we had a pile of dead cockroaches along with plenty of healthy living ones. We were charged $25 without breakfast even though... More
