A friend and I stayed in Hometown for 2 nights. We were taken to the 3rd floor of the hostel which is a huge walk with curving stairs. The room was sizable but no windows going outside, only is the bathroom which didn't open. The airconditioning was tempermental, the beds were sunken with no back support. The bathroom door did... Dear Value customer, Thanks you for your recommend and are really sorry for the problem you experienced. During your stay is high season so many customer check in and out also do not have any particular recommends from the customer who stayed before you so we did not know the door was broken. But our housekeeper tells us the AC... More

The short version: this was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, ever, in the world. It is in desperate need of a renovation. The long version: We arrived and thought the hotel looked quite nice. It was in an excellent location and had a lovely marble staircase. We arrived at about 10am and were told we couldn't check... More

In the heart of Phnom Penh, close to riverside-6 minute walk, and many favourable bars and restuarants. The staff are attentive, many restaurant near by,rooms are clean but a little tired, though great value for money(18 US).

Check in time is 2pm and they charge for early check in. Good shops and spa are around. Big rooms but many of the hot water convertors are old or broken. I had the staff repair it in order to stay 2 more nights. The only issue might be stairways as there is no elevator and because of the high... More

I reserved by the Internet and arrived late. I didnt really pay attention to the room first. It was so humid and was smelling moisture, with black spots everywhere on the selling. in the bathroom, it was worst! I did not sleep, I had nausea, and I was glad to leave that place. Also no windows in the room -... More

Right in the middle of the centre of Phnom Penh, this hotel was very good value. The room was clean and spacious, albeit, with $20, more expensive than we (my girlfriend and I) were willing to spend. After a long trip which had started in Vietnam we were just happy to have found a place that was at least clean.... More

Our room here was spacious and clean with good air-con and a mini fridge. In the shower, everything gets wet because there is no shower curtain so plan accordingly. There´s no breakfast. It´s a no-frills, practical and well-located place. We didn´t have a reservation, but our driver recommended this place.

Clean room, comfortable bed with clean bedding, efficient & friendly English speaking staff, quiet, convenient location on St172, goog wifi, TV with Western channels and near many restaurants and bars. A bargain at $15. No negatives at all, I had a very relaxing stay and would recommend & stay again.

Planed to stay one night before heading north to Siem Reap. Booked a triple room. It was okay. Clean but very tired. Though for the price was expecting far worse. My friend became sick the morning we were meant to leave for Siem Reap. The lady at reception was wonderful. She immediately changed our bus to the following day without... More
