I had a room on the river, staff were good and had no problems at check in. Spectacular sunrise from my balcony, bed was comfortable and they had a great shower. Breakfast comes included and it was substantial, good coffee too.

Stayed 2 nights Aug 17 and 18 in a suite room. Had balcony and good view of Sisowath and river but downside of front rooms such as this is lots of noise from sun-up from street. My nephew and I stayed here in January 2012. The location could not be better right by the river and a block away from a busy street market. The rooms were basic, clean with good showers.
