Wonderful staff, wonderful buffet breakfast and fantastic rooms. All in all, we loved Silver River. Their location is fantastic, close to the river and heaps of restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the central markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great - spacious, clean and the comfiest beds. The rooms were cleaned daily... More

Second hotel of our Indo China tour and we were booked into a "Superior" room. Don't know what it was superior to but I feel sorry for those in lesser accommodation here. Like the rest of Phnom Pen the location was grubby and run down but in good position to walk into town. Hotel was average city centre fare. Small... More

You are right in the thick of Phnom Penh. A great location. The room had a great view and it was the comfiest bed in all of Asia. The wifi was strong and the staff helped organise my short time there very well. Worth every penny. I was on the top floor and could hear the strong thunder storms well... More

Stayed her as part of our tour of Cambodia. Hotel situated in a good spot near decent restaurants/bars. Rooms good... breakfast ok. Happy hour in the bar meant 2 mojitos or singapore slings for 3 US dollars... and they were GOOD!

Once again staff at the hotel were very pleasant and their bar and bistro is still up to an excellent standard. Cant see any reason ti book else where as its location is very central and the tuk tuk drivers at the front are very helpful.

Very nice hotel, well positioned close to some tourist attractions and river. Very clean room with all amenities you can ask for, especially good if you are travelling with a woman :). Breakfast was also good, variety of choice. Staff is helpful and professional. Nothing bad to say. We will stay here again when we come to PP. We also... More

I booked this hotel because of the location and reasonable price. Then a Cambodian friend told me to be careful as this small hotel is located in a 'red light' district. At first I was a bit perturbed but my fears were unfounded. Yes, pubs could be seen from across our deluxe room on the 2nd floor but there was... More

We were very disappointed when we saw the hotel's red/blue/green neon lights as we realized at that moment that it's probably one of those 'convenient' hotels. Walking to the hotel at 9pm was a nightmare with fishy clubs and sex workers lingering along the street. The hotel lobby is run down and very very old styled. The rooms are just... More
