Location is very good: near to central market and to many restaurants.... Staff is very gentle but that's it! Breakfast was not so various and bed was very uncomfortable. The room seems not so cleaned and many bugs around. And last: it's a very noisy place, starting from 5 in the morning until midnight and later, closing the window was... More

I have just reviewed this hotel (as nana hotel and caffe), so it seemed worthwhile to mention that this particular hotel no longer exists and has been physically annexed to Nana hotel (there are 2 elevators but only one entrance). This is actually the 'worst' half of the hotel, but both a pretty bad. Perhaps tripadvisor should remove this hotel... More

It was rather dirty as we found not just one, but several small bugs and roaches within the room itself. Still, at only USD$20+ for a night with breakfast for two, it is a steal as it is in a fantastic location with close proximity to the Central Market and Sorya Shopping Center.

The location of the hotel was great. Just 5 minutes to some famous bars and the Central market and sorya mall. the rooms are not so clean . it seems that the rooms not to be cleaned everyday by house keeping. the towel was old and dirty. i didn't use it. the reception was rude and English not good spoken... stayed here for 6 nights. Very good location (for me) near the bar area around Golden Sorya and Heart of Darkness etc. Large hotel , friendly enough reception staff. Rooms decent , though slightly old , tired bathroom but for $19 it was decent value. Breakfast ok , usual fare , rough coffee , fruit , eggs , broccoli in... More

First observation: the hotel is called Nana Hotel, while it is still on internet with the old name. Thanks to an web feedback I came already prepared, otherwise it is hard to find. It is located right in the center of Phnom Penh, just a short walk from the river and from the market. The hotel is very nice and... More
