Tucked away down a narrow street, you will find a beautiful guesthouse with excellent service run by one of the most lovely people, Muoy. Beautiful artwork lines the walls. The rooms are comfortable and feel like home. Breakfast is delicious and hearty. Not to mention, everyone my friend and I met here have been kind. We were lucky enough to... More

Little I can add to the many previous reviews which capture what a very special place this is. Had originally booked for five nights, but extended stay as felt so much at home. A combination of the genuine warmth and kindness of Muoy (guesthouse owner) and the small team of staff who work there – both in Four Ladies Kitchen... More

If staying at You Khin House feels like you are staying in someone's home, that's because you are. Muoy You, who operates the school in order to raise funds for the schools she runs, lives upstairs. The guest house is cosy, comfortable, very tastefully decorated - and it has a lovely little pool. After over two months of travelling in... More

We chose You Khin guest house because of its social enterprise. The house profits assist the proprietor Muoy You to operate her project of Seametrey school . So glad we did as the rooms were inexpensive, spotless and well kept. The small swimming pool was clean, cool and inviting and so appreciated in the heat. All staff we met were... More

We only stayed one night in PP this time but would have loved to stay longer in You Khin House. It is like a colourful and peaceful oasis with a lovely interior patio to spend some time relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and I like the effort that is being made... More

I went to Phnom Penh for 6 weeks to volunteer with a NGO. It was my first solo trip in many years, leaving my partner and children at home in Australia. When looking for accommodation I liked the idea of staying somewhere in PP where the community benefitted. You Khin House was attractive to me for that reason. Never did... More

Very kind people, a family atmosphere, a wonderful project and a beacon of positivity in a city that has suffered so much. Generous, comfortable rooms and amenities, attentive staff and great food. Muoy took us on a day trip to see the new school outside of the city. We were able to meet people and spend time together in a... More

Small, intimate, cozy. Mouy Khin has created a beautiful space with one objective in mind: the betterment of children's education in Cambodia. 100% of the guesthouse profits go to her Seametrey Children's Village initiative, giving all children, rich and poor, a chance at quality education. If that wasn't reason enough to stay, the room was great; large and tastefully decorated... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights with my wife. It was magnificent. It felt like staying at home. The room had real character and was very comfortable. Nice and peaceful too. The staff were all delightful. The breakfast did the job. The Royal Palace and Riverside is a 5 minute, USD 3 tuk tuk journey, or a... More

We chose to stay at You Khin to support the "pay it forward" work done by the owner. We enjoyed a scrummy meal cooked by the Four Ladies the night we arrived in, not to mention their daily breakfasts - they also did our laundry. The room as comfortable and well appointed. During our stay there were issues with hot... More
