Stayed here for 3 nights in a triple room with 2 friends. When we first arrived we were a little shocked at the room, the size was okay but the ceiling was so low that the room felt kind of like a prison cell, had we been much taller, it would be uncomfortable to stand up straight. There was a... More

Nice and cheap, good location, but when I first walked into the room I am pretty sure I let an "O" out. No windows, small and crumpled. Not like the pictures! Can find a nicer place for the same amount of money I am sure. Also staff was very pushy every time you walked out asking you to buy a... More

We had a few nights in Phnom Penh at a conference and aimed to find somewhere close to the conference venue, hence choosing here. We were picked up as promised, but refused the drop off that we had agreed with the Manager. The rooms were small and depressing. The walls and bedding had in-ground dirt. When I arrived I had... This place is cheap but it isn't great to say the least. Firstly, I booked a double room... They gave me a twin saying it was a 'three person room'. Not entirely sure how that worked? The room I had was dirty and mouldy. The staff were okay. I felt very unsafe here. Luckily I had only booked for one... More

Kha Vi Guesthouse is a very affordable place to stay, but you get what you pay for. The room was very small and cell-like. It was also quite dirty, as is smelled of vomit from the previous inhabitant. The door to the bathroom is very low, so one cannot mindlessly wander into the bathroom without risking a good knock in... More

It's a great location in 258 St just behind the Royal Palace. Easy walking to many places in the city. The rooms are small and basic but the prices are small as well. The service is average and could be better. The parade of tuk tuk drivers out the front do not help the atmosphere but what can you do... More

This was our first stop on our trip around Cambodia. We arrived very late and the staff were welcoming given the late hour. Our room resembled a converted bathroom with tiled walls&it was only in the morning did we realise that behind the window was a brick wall - no mosquito nets were provided but we managed to sleep bite... Couple of minor annoyances with this place which include communication with the staff being quite difficult which basically led to not feeling that comfortable around them. Breakfast isn't included in the price and the prices are slightly inflated compared to others. The poor communication skills leads to incorrect orders at breakfast which they will probably try and charge you for... More

-bullying by staff -smell of rooms -incredible mould -hassle from tuktuk drivers outside -poor record keeping of reception -overpriced We stayed here on the 10th, 11th and 12th Feb. The first basic double room we were shown immediately smelt horrible as soon as the door was opened; I immediately asked to see the other double they had free which was... More
