We were really pleased that after a long journey from Siemreap we were welcomed with giant, plush beds and fluffy pillows. Very modern and hipster design suitable for young people, but my room didn't have proper blinds for the see-thru bath.So basically from certain angles you could see your friend/partner taking a crap! Compared with our other friends apparently only our rooms... More

Copied the title from a review below as I agree that this is hardly even a 3-star hotel. The photos give the impression that it is chic, but it isn't; it's very basic. However, it is clean and has a good Internet connection and a satisfactory breakfast, so not a bad choice when the price is right.

Stayed here for two nights. Although it is getting old, the service and facilities are still excellent for its price. The staff is friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Location is good but access to this hotel could be a problem as it is located on a busy street near the city centre. Free wifi is provided.

I had only stayed for 3 days/2 nights in Phnom Penh but if I had stayed longer I would chose to stay at the Lebiz Hotel and Library. Located on street 128, it's only a few minutes walking distance from the central market and from there a short distance to the backpacker area and riverside area, where all the restaurants,... More

This is at best a try hard three star hotel. Rooms were small and basic. No mini bar, just a fridge that could not cool down a bottle of water after twelve hours. There is no hot water in the mornings, so hope you enjoy cold showers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel tuk tuk driver was... More

Lebiz hotel is in a great location, close to all the main restaurants. The hotel is located on a busy main street and backs onto a large vacant block that is used to store items from neighbouring properties like a workshop etc. Once you walk into the hotel the lobby is crisp white and a quite relief from the busy... Centrical, well manage, the staff is young and nice, the rooms are clean, bathroom also. Breakfast is ok, they can prepare you eggs the qay you want them. In general, the hotel is modern and correctly maintaned. If I have yo come back in Phnom Penh one day, I will consider go back. Price / Quality is great !!!

The beds and pillows are so comfy, I'm lying in one now whilst writing this review using the free Wifi. It's too hard to get out of bed, sound proof rooms help you rest well. Very helpful staff who are always happy to give guidance on the best places to visit. The hotel is located right near the central market... More

Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. They have assigned tuk-tuks which can be hired at normal prices (sometimes hotels hike the prices). the breakfast is good, with options to have eggs/ omelettes made and fruit smoothies. When I was there the client mix was about 70% businessmen from the area and about 30% tourists from outside the area. The... More

Great quality hotel by PP standards. Good location within walking distance of the central market and Wat Phnom. The rooms are fantastic and well above most European/US hotel rooms. Large TV with iPhone docking stations built in to the funky concrete fixtures. The hotel itself has some awesome graffiti by Peap Tarr decorating the corridors by the lift. The staff... More
