We stayed in a deluxe room on the top floor so we had good views across Phnom Pehn ,room was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable, no complaints ,although for the price we did find 5 star places ie the pavilion for a lot cheaper price, building site next door but not an issue, staff were nice and friendly

A clean , comfortable hotel in a quiet side street . Within easy walking distance of the Royal Palace and Central Market. Plenty of tuk-tuks outside if you prefer to ride. Also plenty of places to eat nearby.

Our room had a big bed but the room was very small. Things either broke (the toilet), had flat batteries (the safe and the door lock) or did not work at all( the hair dryer). It did have a balcony but no view and was close enough to most things, the river and restaurants, to be a quick and cheap... More

This hotel was comfortable and the rooms were modern and clean! Not very authentic and you feel you could be anywhere. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The reception staff were very pleasant but a number of the staff had very poor English which made it hard to ask for information about Phnom Penh and to get directions. Tuk Tuk... More

The welcome was again tea and fruit as we booked in. I liked this hotel, the staff were friendly and our rooms had a large window onto the street below. The rooms were big enough with a safe in the wardrobe, dressing gowns and slippers. The bed was a large double, very comfortable and clean. Tuc-tucs parked outside if we... More

The Cardamom Hotel in Phnom Penh is centrally located near the central markets and opposite the wonderful Romdeng Hotel. The Deluxe double room (number 609 is an excellent choice) at $78 US a night, offers a room safe, fridge and tea making facilities. The Cardamom also generally caters for groups. A standard room (like 605 below) is $58US. Breakfast is... More

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed here as part of my Intrepid tour and for the price was reasonable. The construction outside was a pain, but the location was central and opposite to the best eatery in Phnom Penh - Romdeng.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of the intrepid tour. We had expected the hotel to be simple yet clean, which it was but for the shower which can be temperamental. But what was annoying was the construction right outside our window which started at 6/7am and continued throughout the day, even on weekends. So much... More

Hotel alright, not great. Construction going on all around hotel - although to be fair, it's going on throughout Phnom Penh. Room alright but air conditioning only had two settings - off or blasting out very cold air. First night shower cool, next night no water pressure at all. Near to Central Market and a short walk from the centre... More
