I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Feb, 2013 and my recent visit reaffirms this hotel as a tropical haven when the heat and noise from the streets of Phnom Penh threaten to overwhelm. Both pools are clean and ideal to cool off in or just relax on the sunbeds while sipping a drink served by nearby beverage staff.... More

A little bit of heaven and an oasis from the throng and hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. I stayed here for 4 nights as part of a group in a photography tour. Our rooms were well appointed, clean, quiet and inviting. My room opened onto the pool area and was hidden amongst palms. The pool area was magical and... More

I previously reviewed this less than 6 months ago and I return for the 3rd time, again was very happy to do so. Staff do not forget repeat guests and gave me a a lovely welcome letter all signed. very kind. Hotel has become larger with a boutique Cambodia craft shop and cafe with additional small pool near the lobby.... More

Where to begin with The Plantation? It's centrally located so you can walk to a several of the landmarks in Phnom Pehn, including The National Museum,The Royal Palace, Wat Onalum, The Riverside Walk with all the restaurants and bars (including the FCC). If you don't want to walk, it's easily a $1.50 tuk-tuk ride to these locations. Many people have... More

The Plantation is nestled in the heart of Phnom Penh. Once you are inside the entrance, you immediately relax and take in the ambiance of the water garden that greets you. The pool and terrace were so inviting and the staff were excellent in being of assistance. It is the perfect size and truly a gem in this busy, busy... More

Stunning environment, the pool and canopies are awesome. Rooms are spotless & quiet. Staff are super friendly and very professional with good English. Great location. Amazing massage at the fitness centre too. Couldn't ask for more really! Loved it!

This is a beautiful hotel, reconstructed around an old colonial house. Rooms are modern & well appointed with all the essentials (air con!) , choice of two pools with private cabana's (if you can nab them early) and good food. It is centrally located but once inside, it's a quiet oasis away from the noise & bustle of PP. The... More

Stayed here for 5 nights and what a lovely hotel it is. Having spent 3 days exploring Phnom Penh and further out in the countryside, including a half day cycling, with all its heat and hecticness. This was an amazing place to come back to and unwind.I would definitely stay here again. The different areas to the hotel are all visually... More

this hotel had all the amenities of a large hotel, something that is sometimes hard to find in Cambodia. The pool area and room were lovely. Perhaps because it was a large hotel some details were overlooked. The breakfast buffet was not maintained well during its open hours, the laundry took a long time and the bar was unable to... More

A superb hotel, wonderfully located in central Phnom Penh next to the Royal Palace. Great pool, rooms (in our case shower, no bath), breakfast. Superior service and value for money. A free shuttle service to/from the airport would be nice.
