I stayed at The Plantation when I visited PP and really enjoyed my stay in the Rooftop Suite. I was traveling with my grandparents so they did complain about having to walk a distance from the lobby to the Suite. However for everyone else, the Suite was a calm, peaceful and welcoming space. It is large enough for you to... More

The Plantation is a little oasis amidst the chaos of Phnom Penh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides two restaurants and the food is excellent and also well priced. The rooms are good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our travels through Cambodia and Laos, and I really can't think of a better place to set the standard of what we expected (though didn't always manage to receive) from our trip. Having previously travelled a great deal through South East Asia in recent years our expectations were pretty high,... More

We stayed at this hotel after a two week holiday in others parts of Cambodia and it was perfect. The staff were very helpful and exactly what you want. The rooms of a good standard and have air con. The pool area is the real trump card for this hotel. it is small but considering you are in the middle... More

the hotel is simple, rooms are clean, downstairs by the pool are the twin beds, higher up you get the double beds.....pool views are the best option. The gym is not bad for a small hotel, cocktails are mediocre at best, but if you are looking for a good clean hotel within walking distance of major tourist attractions, coupled with... More

We are regular visitors to Phnom Penh as our son and his family live there so we have stayed in a number of hotels in the city over the years, Taking everything into consideration, The Plantation is about the best one we've found and this includes several five star contenders when we splurged one year. The Plantation has everything you... More

Positives were the excellent pool, cosy room and super friendly staff. Letting this operation down is the pool bar / cafe - slow service and poor value for money ($6 for a few lettuce leaves, three slices of beetroot and some stale bread). There was a function on at the time of our stay and priority was clearly given to... More

Just stayed here for 6 days and really couldn't fault it at all. Great rooms with comfy beds, great location, wonderful staff who are so friendly and willing to help with anything. The pool area is lovely too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

A convenient, smaller hotel within walking distance of the river, palace, bars, restaurants, etc. Rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Nice pool area and bar with a breakfast buffet which is complete, but could do with some extra thought. You won't go wrong staying here. Good Wi-Fi in rooms and around the pool.... More
