3 of us stayed here for a couple of nights, it's more like a hotel than a guest house :) It's super clean, our room was basic but nice and cheap, the staff where really friendly and informative about transport etc (although we didn't actually get a bus journey through these guys as they are a little pricey) Great location!... Good value. I had a small, upper floor room with a fan. Comfortable enough, but with all of the tile walls and floors the noise level/echoes was high. I had a private room with private bath - very clean and functional although there was a couple of mice that kept running down the hallway. The area outside the hotel was... More

We were 3. Because we were on a budget they let us have a two bed room for three. The single beds are large enough for two people. The Internet was working fine even in the room. They told us our room didn't have hot shower but with the heat outside it really felt good! (And usually I'm the kind... More

We stayed here for 5 nights, and we got exactly what we paid for. Be prepared to climb the stairs with heavy bags, as there is no lift up to the 5th floor. There was one computer in the lobby that was available to use, which was very handy as we didn't have devices to access the wifi (if there... More

First I was put in a cheap room, 4th floor. Internet did not reach the highest floors and the pipe in the bathroom was always clogged. After they changed me in the 2d floor, good internet and no evacuation problems BUT there were bedbugs biting me every night. I tried all I could to repel them, the guy at pharmacies... More

If your looking for somewhere cheap and cleanish then id give it a go here. Its location was decent and it was known to all the tuktuk drivers so no issues. The problem here was the staff, mainly the younger males. They were easily the most rude I've come across so far.

This review is very late. I found the Spring Guest House while planning my solo trip to Siem Reap. It was one of the properties in Phnom Penh recommended by The Lonely Planet guidebook. I was a walk-in guest and booked a twin room for 3 nights since there was no other room available. The room was small but it... More

Spring Hotel is a comfortable quiet clean hotel. Location is a little out of town but the area isn't full of sex pats and also has a few unusual foreign restaurants close by, and a road full of good quality street food across the main road by the school. The rooms are basic, they turn the electricity off when you... More

Turned up for our reservation to be told they had no record of it. Despite having various confirmation emails and a 10% deposit being taken out of our bank account by the hotel, the staff refused to give us our booking. We ended up having to get a more expensive, worse room than the one we had originally booked. They... More

We arrived late from our scheduled time of arrival (because of the trouble inside the bus we rode from Siem Reap) and they refused to honor our bookings. We were too tired and would not want to waste time to argue. Perhaps, it was already late at night an we were in an unfamiliar place. We looked for other rooms... More
