The staff, rooms and ambiance at the 252 make it a perfect place to escape from the busy streets in PP. The hotel is located in a great area - away from the touristy riverside area and in the cute expat Independence monument area with a short walk or $1 tuk tuk ride to nearby activities. Great dining, supermarkets and... More

Great little oasis in the midst of chaotic Pnohm Penh. Rooms were large, clean with modern decor, and pool was beautiful. Food was fantastic as well. Staff also very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!! More

The room was large. The bathroom was large. Strange water problem where the shower flow would cease to a drip and then regain strength. Included breakfast was great. Pool area was nice. Overall, very clean. Think you could get better for what you pay. Stayed at Monument Hotel in the same area for much less and would recommend that hotel... More

Entrance to the 252 hotel is weird, if you don’t arrange a pick up at the bus station or airport and go there on your own, you’ll definitely get lost. The hotel has a closed gate where the site across is having a construction going on. The signage in front is not clear. The person in front of the gate... More

This was our last hotel after travelling through Laos & Cambodia and we found it a perfect way to end our trip. The street setting didn't look too promising (a lot of building work) but inside was a little oasis. A lovely swimming pool, with most comfortable surrounding booths, a friendly bar/restaurant area, with excellent breakfasts, plus spacious and well... More

This is a little haven of peace in the middle of Phnom Penh. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated with wifi and Foxtel, Bathrooms are nice. The pool is lovely. The poolside bar/restaurant is good. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Phnom Penh. More

Stayed 3 nights at the 252 as it was our first hotel we stayed in Phonm penh on arrival to Cambodia. We requested a car pick up from the airport as we landed late in the evening (12am) which the hotel arranged with no problems. On arrival at the hotel the staff were very nice and eager to help. The... More

Charming boutique hotel tastily decorated, from the bedrooms to the swimming-pool huts. Very nice, helpful and accommodating personnel, from the owner to all members of the staff. Good location, feeling as an oasis in the capital. Great value. More

Charming hotel with human proportions, very clean. Some rooms, facing the pool, have lovely balconies. So what a pleasure to enjoy the outdoor facilities (swimming pool, outdoor matresses in private huts, bar and restaurant: cocktails 3,5$, courses 5-6$). Main sites are relatively close to the hotel. The only minor disappointent would be the basic breakfast. Advise: ask for the room... More

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad to read that you enjoyed your time at the 252. With regard to the breakfast, we just changed our menu offering, next to the traditional continental breakfast, a swiss breakfast with fresh fruit salad, yogurt and cereals, mini baguette with butter and jam, tea or coffee, and a glass of... The 252 was a pleasant surprise. The minimalist style of the rooms are perfect for a hot climate and the colour scheme very pleasant. The room we had at the backside was rather dark though and the lights not suffucient. Also the reading lamp was too weak, but those are minor defects. The swimmingpool surrounded by tropical vegetation looks very... More
