My usual Hotel in Phnom Penh, was now described as getting old and filthy and Blue Tongue nearby was recommended. The Hotel is in a small street, near to shopping and night life, entertainment. Standard rooms are quiet have good size, WIFI-Internet worked well, (But Standard rooms have no window, just a small opening in the wall to a wall,... More

We got a triple room and stayed for three nights, very prompt reply via email. Clean and spacious with comfortable bed. The rain shower in the bathroom is a pleasant surprise. There is cable TV in the room too. Tuk tuk to central market is USD 2, Royal Palace costs around USD 3. Guests enjoy 50% discount for breakfast at... More

Stayed here again during my recent visit to Phnom Penh. Same reasons for choosing this hotel, central location, walking distance to Sorya and Central market and a short tuk-tuk ride to the river-front.. Booked a triple room and since it is a bigger room, it takes a longer time for the air-conditioning to cool the room down. Rooms are clean... More

Stayed at Blue Tongue over Khmer New Year. Booked 1 night through Agoda for $25, we had to extend a couple of days, the hotel wanted $35 a night to book direct through them, so we just booked extra nights on Agoda. I'm confused how this worked out cheaper, considering they lose out with fees & commissions... The hotel was... More

Probably the best hotel option in the street 51 nightlife zone. The hotel is new(ish) has very well appointed rooms and is well managed and everything is well maintained. From a location perspective like I said before this is pretty close to the heart of the nightlife around street 51 and if that is what you want then this is... More

We booked this hostel expecting it to be very basic and quite average. At the price we paid, we were more than pleased to find a spacious, clean bathroom, air conditioning, decent wifi connection, and a television. The beds were comfortable, and after having trouble finding triple rooms throughout our trip, it was a relief to walk in and discover... More

This hotel was decent. Served a good breakfast with the cost of the room. Rooms had free wi fi available if you had a kindle or ipad. No computers in the lobby though. Clean rooms and nice staff. No views from the room I stayed in, but at 30 dollars per night it was fine.

Upon a return to Phnom Penh I stayed here, looking for better value than the last place I stayed. I wasn't disappointed. Breakfast wasn't included but ticked all the boxes, the proximity to the royal palace and the river sealed the deal though. The last place I stayed at was nice, with a modern feel, but out of the way... More

I stayed at the Blue tongue for one week starting in late January. Check in was a breeze and the room was well appointed (Deluxe). The bed was comfortable and the TV, though small, offered a good selection of channels. There is a small refrigerator that is stocked with a couple of bottles of water each day, The hotel offered...
